Showed up to this location at 4:30. A sign on the door said will return in 10 minutes. Other people were here before us and we finally after waiting for 21minutes we left!! Sorry for the owners of this location. Losing business!!!!

I went into store 05487 to purchase gnc mega ultra women vitamins. I was greeted by zee. He stood so close to me , I was very uncomfortable. Once we relized that they were out of the vitamin I came in for I wanted to take my time to read and scan through the other options but I couldn't. I felt intimidated and afraid. I feel I was being stereotyped. Even if he wanted to monitor my shopping I feel like he could've done it from at least 6 feet away from me especially since we are in a pandemic. I felt rushed and pressured to make a selection. My feelings are very hurt.

Got here at 5 pm and there was a note on the door stating 10 min break. It's now 5:30 and the associate is still on break. There are also other people here waiting to go in.

Not one to leave reviews ever but felt I should for this address blah blah blah...Steve "helped" me out today. By that I mean provided short unhelpful answers to my questions and advised I should just go to another GNC (I was told there were no Muscletech products however there were, just not what I was looking for). Perhaps focus a bit more on how you provide answers and suggestions. Making the customer feel like they're a major inconvenience will always provide a negative experience (I was the only one there it wasn't like it was busy). I wont be back anytime soon but to each their own. Prices are better online anyways, save your money!

Amazing store! Ask for Idal, this guy is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen before making suggestions. I was always skeptical about GNC but finally found the store that I will be revisiting.
