I would recommend Go Rentals to anyone looking to hire a rental car. The whole process was seamless and the vehicle was excellent and great value for money. We always hire rental cars through Go Rentals, I wouldn’t use any other rental car company.

Very much enjoyed the experience of using GO Rentals - yet again. Having the app made the whole experience seamless to book a vehicle, at what was very short notice. The shuttle service from the airport was great. We thought the driver was very kind, useful, and efficient. Car was in good order and returning it was straightforward. Very happy to rent from you again.

Really easy rental process, close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff member we met was super lovely, helpful and kind. All COVID restrictions were well observed. The rental car itself was clean, in good working order, easy to use and had good fuel economy. The whole rental cost was a very reasonable price, too. Over all, a wonderful experience.

I rented for the first time in Salt Lake City. It was a wonderful experience from start (meeting me at hotel) and drop off (after hours at hotel). I will always use them in Salt Lake City!

I had a terrible experience. I had rental car waiting at the Bob Hope airport for 35$ (economy car) but we flew into the Burbank Airport instead. When I told them we had a car waiting and asked how far away the other airport was they failed to mention it was within walking distance. (we are not from CA) So, we felt like we had not choice but to rent a car from Go Rental. They did not mention the $400 "deposit" or any tax/fees. It's been 5 days and the deposit has still not been returned to my account. Just feel like they took advantage of us being from out of town.

We were very impressed with all the services from Go Rentals. We were quoted a fair price for a two week holiday rental and guaranteed a 6 passenger vehicle. That was very important for us. They made us feel like royalty. Will always look for them when we need to rent a vehicle.

I'm getting ready to go on vacation and needed a rental mini van because I have extended family members going with us. Unfortunately their website is very poorly put together and I couldn't select a minivan I don't even know if they run a minivan at this point because I couldn't select them. I also can see if They were competitively priced. Hopefully you guys get your website but together better the next time I need a rental

Alyssa George and her team in Utah flawlessly executed my medium size group reservation two years in a row. She moved rentals cars wherever I needed them at the exact time my team landed. The team was prompt at issuing cars to my grumpy team that just got done doing 6 hours of flying. Alyssa and her team handled surprise rental car changes with the upmost professionalism and executed the change immediately. Alyssa made my job easy.

Go rentals is the best car rental agency period . They have impeccable service , clean cars , and a superb customer service . Trust me they have worked with me for years on certain type of cars ,changes in the middle of the night , even the most crazy request is not a problem and they have always accommodated and made it happen . If you want the best then Go Rentals is it . No matter where they have a location you can always count on a smile , bottle of water and a great car !!! Keep up the great work and look forward to my next go rental car .
