The lady who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. I asked for a simple slick back... then she gave me a mullet! Even SHE was unsure if she did a good job. Through out the whole time i was getting my haircut she was making worried faces and she acted so unprofessional. I have no experience with cutting hair but I had to tell her that she cut some parts unevenly. I kept telling her what I wanted and what I wanted to fixed, but she kept on making it worse. She was polite so I'll give her that. I am very disappointed with their service. I recommend you find somewhere better to get your haircut.

Walked in at 7.19pm Tuesday. One employee was busy cutting hair and another was cleaning up the area. A gentlemen declined taking walking and said they need to attend online check-ins. I saw online and showed me 0 wait time. Clearly wanted to close early. I respect their decision and giving 1 start.

Just got a trim. She took off 2 inches and did a good job. Sorry. Don't know her name, small oriental stylist. Can't beat the $9.99 coupon price!

We have been going to this great clips (380 & 75 in McKinney) for years and this morning we came across a stylist we never seen before; I expressly asked her to check with my son what style he wanted but she did not bother to do that. Needless to say it went terribly and we will never go back to this lady ever and next time we saw her in this shop we will simply turn around and go another place. If I could give her -5 stars I would!

I used to like this place but not today - did not like the haircut by a new guy they hired. He made me sit facing the opposite mirror and just did an awful job at the end. The amount they charge for such an awful job is not worth it.

just because I can't give them zero stars, the manager who said her name was "porsha" or something similar! super rude, she told me that I couldn't be close to my son EVEN THOUGH HE IS A MINOR, WHICH I FOUND VERY WORRYING, SHE TOLD ME THAT IT MADE HER UNCOMFORTABLE, I told her that he was a minor and that I wanted to be by his side and then she told us to go and that we needef to find another place to cut his hair, and she left the haircut halfway. and she also refused to cut the hair of other Hispanic children's "because they were going to close." And she told the father that they needed the space (the waiting chairs), but more people (non-Hispanic) showed up and decided they could close "later" I think they have a racial problem, as well as attitude! I don't know why she's still there, I see that several have already complained about her! what a BAD SERVICE!!!!!
She also said that your rules are that parents can't be with their children while they are having their haircut! Exactly where does it says that??????
