This was the worst haircut ive gotten in my life. I had Amanda, she was very kind to me but the haircut was horrible and now i look terrible and theres nothing i can do about it because its too short to fix. I came in and asked to get the same haircut i got 6 months at this same location and even showed a picture. Definitely not what the reference photo looked like at all but i learned my lesson about Great Clips. Wish i could get my money back for that. Never again.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Great Clips location for some time and have generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The stylist cut the hair on top of my head much shorter than I requested, resulting in an uneven and unflattering haircut. When I raised my concerns, the stylist was dismissive, suggesting that my hair was too thin to work with. In my previous visits, other stylists have consistently managed to work with my hair effectively, so this response felt unhelpful and discouraging.
Additionally, there seemed to be a language barrier that made communication challenging, but I felt the stylist was not open to listening or addressing my concerns constructively. As I left, I was disheartened by what appeared to be a sarcastic remark and laugh, which left me feeling disrespected. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’ve valued this location in the past and would like to see improvements in customer care and attention to detail.

I recently had my hair styled by Kathy Le and I couldn’t be more impressed. The stylist was friendly, attentive, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. My hair looks fantastic—exactly how I envisioned it! Highly recommend Ms. Le for anyone looking for top-notch service and great results.

I was here 03-25. I am extremely upset.
I was very specific when I got there. I wanted a simple TRIM of 1in no higher than 2in with SHORT LAYERS. I made it clear that I was trying to SAVE the length and GROW it out.
The stylist proceeded to actually butcher my hair, cutting half of it off in extremely long layers. She didn't even tell me she was doing this to me to give me a chance to object. She didn't fully dry the hair so I could see what she had done to me before charging me.
I'm extremely upset. It took me 2 years to get my hair that long, and now it's going to take me another 1-2 years to fix what she's done to me.
I know you're trying to find somewhere affordable, but don't come here. It will never be worth the cost.

Eldorado Plaza location,Kristine is an absolute gem of a hairstylist! She's incredibly talented, patient, and truly understands her clients' needs, always delivering a fantastic haircut that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend her!
