December 23, 2025: Crystal gave me an amazing haircut. She paid close attention to detail and made an exceptional effort to ensure that the outcome demonstrated precision and beauty. My husband and I are impressed by the manner in which Crystal worked on my hair.
Furthermore, I was touched by Crystal’s humility. Multiple times, she spoke highly of Courtney who has trained her. Each time I complimented Crystal, she extended that praise to her mentor, Courtney. Rarely does one come across a mentee who is so proud of her mentor. Crystal was full of enthusiasm and used her tools like an artist. I am grateful to Crystal for giving me such a fine haircut.
Last week, my husband got a haircut here for the first time. He returned home and strongly recommended that I too get a haircut here from Courtney. He was impressed by Courtney’s professionalism and courtesy. He also stated that the salon was clean. I plan on scheduling an appointment with Courtney for a haircut in the near future.

It’s great to see continued high-class customer service at this location. The staff are usually very nice, and a few people—especially Courtney—are exceptionally good with customers. It makes this place feel like a high-class salon.

I booked an appointment that the specific barber said I could be fit in, but when I arrived, she told me that she can’t fit us in anymore with a very rude attitude. Not coming here anymore, and neither should you!!! The service is terrible.

I had similar experience to review posted by Srikar. and Ketan. The lady didn’t understood what I wanted. Finished my hair cut in 7-10 minutes. Demanded for tip and thats okay if your service is good but not when its bad! Unhygienic-didn’t care to clean up! Bad hair cut overall!

I had an excellent experience with Crystal at Great Clips! She not only corrected a mistake from a previous haircut but went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. She was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciated. On top of that, her personality was amazing friendly, professional, and made the whole visit enjoyable. I walked out completely satisfied with my haircut, and I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their work and delivers great results!

Yesterday, I went for a haircut and was assigned an elderly Chinese woman. Unfortunately, her approach felt rushed and rough—almost like she was doing sheep shearing . She was quite rude throughout, and the result completely ruined my hairstyle.
