The brown haired white girl is terrible in customer service. I was buying a green mini tool box and wanted the purple display. I grabbed the display and was walking around the store to find someone willing to help since she ignored me upon walking in. She comes and rips the tools box from me and says that is a display and not for sale. How about ask how I’m doing or if you can help me. You would have thought I was walking out with her pay check. I just drove down the street to the Plano location and was treated like nice there! Need a district manager to reach out to me.

It's Harbor Freight, who doesn't like buying tools and stuff? I always leave with a million little things I didn't think to get, and it's all very inexpensive.

Go to tool store when you need a good work tool that doesn't cost you an arm & leg. Bought replacement wheels for wheelbarrow at lower price than other stores.
