I love Hernandez! They are so nice and courteous, I have taken ALL OF MY CARS here and they were reasonably priced, did the job in a timely manner and always updated me with anything else that needed to be done. I trust their workmanship. They are my go-to mechanics! Thank you!

I bought a motor from them and they put it in. The motor kept running hot. they put another in and it's leaking oil. Terrible service and communication. Im taking them To court asap!

I called to receive a quote & schedule a appointment.. didn't even have to get thu the door to know how rude this place could be or is .. the secretary lady that answered the phone said we're booked today..I then said that's okay! here's what y'all are going to be expecting as I'm givein the info on the fix that needs to be done she abruptly hung up on me didn't even try calling back that's how you know it wasn't a dropped call .. no common courtesy I guess they don't need the business on $700-$900 repair there loss

I went to their salvage yard right next to their mechanic shop. They said they had a steering column and a key for it whereas every other place said they had a key. When i got their after 30 minutes of looking for the part. They did not have the key. I drove out 40 minutes for them because they claimed they have a key which was just false marketing. They have the worst service I have ever seen in the automotive industry I would never recommend working with them
