After purchasing a gas stove and a washer had them install it the technicians which I believe were just handyman wired the oven to the microwave for the clock therefore blowing the breakers out I had to call the electrician and he said that the wiring was done wrong and it could've caught the house on fire and recommended not using the microwave since it might be fried and be dangerous. I have contacted Home Depot and they refuse to do anything about it. I will not be shopping there anymore, I will go to Lowe's or somewhere where somebody stands behind their workmanship so I canceled my order for my new refrigerator there and my freezer.

The incompetent leadership at this store is astonishing. I purchased a grill and paid for next day delivery. They called me the same night I purchased it and told me their assembly guy was out and wanted to deliver it Saturday morning. They ended up delivering the outdoor floor model with a broken handle. I called to complain and tell them to come pick it back up.-They transferred me to a manager and she offered 50% refund. That was in early September and I have spent around 6 hours total trying to get my refund. On November 2nd, the service Manager Kelly begged for the opportunity to fix it. He asked until 7 November to get it fixed. Never received a call back. I called him today and told him to come pick it up, it hasnt been used and still not credited. I expect a full refund. Still within their 90 day return policy. Lost total faith in the management of this store to handle any issues that may come up! Stay clear! Buyer beware!

Service is the worst in the country. Terrible place. I drive further away. Their system of curbside is broken and managers know and don't care. It means you order online and that order doesn't speak to their store so you waste a tone of time going inside to sort out your lost order. Done this 3 times. No more.

If you know what you are looking for, your visit will be smooth sailing. If you need to ask for help, especially near closing time, good luck! Seems like everyone is hiding waiting on the clock to strike 12!! Nonetheless when you do find someone for assistance, they are usually friendly and helpful. Would also be nice if the online store and map matched the in-store inventory! Walked around for 30mins looking for brown rubber mulch. Store showed over 200 bags available but they actually never received the order and didn't bother to update the inventory. They had none in-store and had no idea when the shipment was actually coming in. After three tries, I have up and Walmart won...had plenty of them in stock. Be back soon Home Depot!

Incredibly understaffed. Waited and waited. This is why we use "other companies that deliver next day ".

Koel was phenomenal!! The storms that hit Anna were destructive. I woke up to two areas of my fence completely blown apart. Koel was amazing and went above and beyond service. I walked into the store on the verge of tears, and walked out, completely satisfied, and laughing. They made a bad experience into an east fix. I also needed a drill, and Matthew came right over with a huge smile, offering his assistance. These two guys truly made a difference.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of physical distancing in your store today. I will not be shopping at your store ever again. Please revisit your policies and keep your employees and customers safe! the little note on your employees' badges about 6 feet distancing does no good since they are violating it. No wonder people are stealing; no one is paying attention! Sad.

You lost a $100K plus annual customer today. From Cat in appliances to your horrible customer service to your extremely long wait times.

Mckinney Location (380) I paid for 2 storm doors to be installed & they took over a month to finish the installation. 1st visit they measured, 2nd visit the installer called & forgot a certain tool, 3rd visit installed 1st door but problems with the 2nd door so they wanted me to reschedule 4th visit installer never showed up. Complained to the Field MGR. Nothing was resolved wasted my time with that guy! 5th visit FINALLY finished.

Self check out line was very long however they had no other lines open where actual associates were checking people out. So of course since I was buying spray paint I had to have someone verify my age. This made me wait even longer because the girl handling the self check out was busy gabbing with another associate. I refuse to come back to this Home Depot. Terrible service

The customer service at this location is not good. Anytime I have a question I have to spend 5 minutes trying to seek out an associate. When I finally get an associate they're usually only able to pass me off to someone else. Today was my last straw with this place. I came in to buy some plywood. I needed 3 sheets cut in half. I found an associate and they said they called for help. 15 min later I'm still waiting. I left and will be going to Lowe's across the street from now on. Update, within 2 minutes of grabbing the plywood at Lowe's I had someone there to help cut it in half.

This location has been really great! Every time I visit I am asked if I need assistance. It makes the shopping experience easier and faster service. Plus, when they give their expertise advice a better idea comes to mind or you feel as if you gained more knowledge of the item you are selecting. I've never been disappointed so I welcome their help. When shopping in the garden department I don't need as much help there because they have so many plants to select from with printed information. However, when I do need assistance they are usually informative and help me select something more suitable for the location I wish to place the plant. All plants purchased there have not died and have done very well! Lowe's is across the street. I've shopped there and the selections, the employees not the same experience. They make me keep coming back to The Home Depot because everything I buy at The Home Depot never fails me and they are willing to help, not hide in corners of the store! Plus two pepper plants I bought at Lowe's died within just a short time. I also bought a shrub and it died (hard to kill kind of plants) ... The Home Depot I bought same and still have them alive and well!! Lowe's throws out a lot of their plants ???? The Home Depot doesn't display dead plants ready to be thrown out.

I found what I needed but it was on the top shelf and needed a ladder. I literally asked 6 different people for help and each of them told me just a moment and never came to help. I climbed the shelf and got it myself after waiting so long.
