My wife and I have been wanting to check out the Hub for a while as we heard it was great. This summer has been brutal so we wanted to wait until it cools down a bit until we went there. We tried it and it was pretty cool, if not pricey, for lunch time. All the entrees are about 15-20 per item. There are a TON of food choices to choose from: Italian, Burgers, Seafood, BBQ, Taco’s, and a few other items. There is also a lot of beer and other alcohol drinks to choose from. One negative was lack of help and lack of an overall menu. Had to go to each station and with a kiddo that wasn’t easy. Asked a few staff and told to just walk around to figure menu out.I got a Pulled Pork, and my wife and her mom split the BBQ sliders. For a side we got homemade Pork Rines which were delicious! My daughter got a burger and fries, she was not a fan of the potatoes bun and didnt really each much of the burger (gotta love picky kiddos). I thought it was delicious overall and enjoyed it, only thing that could have been better was a side of BBQ sauce for dipping. The setup is cool as it is all open space and it surrounds a stage. I heard that when it gets cooler that they do movies, music, and other things for kiddos. I found everything to be very enjoyable. My daughter loved the setup and playing on the bean bags.Overall really cool and will come again.

First time at the Hub 121. Dunn and Brooks are a great tribute band. The little concession stand next to the stage has a limited selection of beverages and food. If you want more than a hotdog or smashed burger, they send you Elwoods, about a 100 yards away, where you have to wait 20- 30 minutes for your order. You can't bring outside food or beverages. I hope they can make some changes.

We explored a new small concert venue last night. We really liked this. It's small maybe 500 people max capacity but there is nowhere here that you do not have a great view of the stage. Bring your own folding chair or sit on the artificial turf or on one of the concrete tier viewing platforms. We actually watched the show: (Texas Flood a fantastic Stevie Ray Vaughn Tribute band from the outside porch of The ChopShop. Food and drinks where great here and both the other Patrons and the wait staff where super friendly. We had a really great time and will definitely be back here again.. The food is delicious and I house Craftmade everything. I had the Buick Burger Party Melt and fries all delicious and perfectly made. Meat patty was hand made in House wad either Prime or Waygu from the amazing flavor. My Wife had their Classic burger with pepper jack cheese she said it was yum as well. Prices are very reasonable considering the high quality. Drinks where Ice cold and served in Frozen glasses. Our Beer glasses where never in danger of running empty under the attentive wait staffs watchful eyes. I also tried a couple of their Moscow Mules, also delicious with a good punch and where perfectly made. We will definitely be coming back soon to sample more of the menu and watch another free Live music event. Thanks for a great evening of drinks, food and entertainment.

Despite the 100+ degree temperatures, we enjoyed the free concert. I prefer this venue (bring your own chairs) over The Hub across the street with tables where everyone is eating, talking, and servers are continually walking by while the concert is being performed. At Hub 121, everyone is there for the concert.
