Was looking for an affordable all wheel drive vehicle for the winter weather conditions here in Ruidoso New Mexico. Rico Torres and Anthony Macpherson found me a Hyundai Tucson that was the perfect fit for our needs!!! I have heard horror stories about buying cars out of state (taxes) but they made the process painless. Filled out all the paperwork online so after 9 hours of driving to McKinney from New Mexico we just picked up the car and were on our way back home! Great people to work with and would highly recommend them and this company to anyone looking for a good deal on a car.

I had a warranty issue with the engine. The first dealership I took it to was rude and didn't want to help me, but these guys were so nice and helpful. Drive the extra distance and choose this Hyundai dealership over the others!

I worked online with Ricardo Mendoza for a few days via email, he was always prompt and courteous. I wasn't called multiple times a day or pressured to come in, because the car might not be there long. Ya know like you get from most dealerships. When I was able to make it in, he had the car detailed and ready in the event I purchased it. He was very friendly and helpful and worked very hard to make sure I was happy before I left, with a price I felt was reasonable. He even put my license plate holders on my new vehicle. It's simple things and the respect of my time, and no-pressure engagement that will cause me to return to Huffines. Also, when my blue link didn't work I texted him and he responded right back, saying I'd need to return, when I jokingly replied 'ugh' I gotta come back-he had the tech who handles it call me and get me set up and walked through using the app. It was handled within minutes. Most salespersons are done with you the day you walk out with your new vehicle. Ricardo & Aldo w/Huffines are AMAZING!

Went in today not thinking I could walk away with the car I ended up getting. Fred was our salesman and he was fantastic- worked with us from top to bottom, and left us beyond satisfied. We told him where we needed the price to be and he was able to meet us there. We've come to Huffines for four cars now and we plan to keep coming! Highly recommend Fred Jones!!

Stopped by today to finally get my maintenance done for my car as I had finally found time to do so between travel. I popped in on a Wednesday afternoon, which is no problem considering it's hard to schedule on the weekend here, which means they are considerably busy (which is a good thing). Online appointment was pretty easy to set up. Check in was pretty quick and easy as well. I initially I was only in for an oil change, but totally forgot that there was a recall for my model year. Service advisor Jason Freeman was very professional and pleasant to work with. He reminded me of the recall and went ahead and took care of it during the same appointment. Very easy and convenient considering I have a very busy schedule and it saved me from having to make another appointment. Got my oil change done with the recall for the anti theft they fixed and was very pleased with the service overall. On top of the usual maintenance and carwash, Jason even threw in an extra $10 off the service as an added surprise! Shout out Jason! Overall this is one of the better Hyundai service departments I have been to and this is service I received and availed of in three other states. I found a new service department I am comfortable dealing with. Customer service and all the employees in that department were nice!

If you are in the market for a vehicle you owe it to yourself to come see Ricardo at Huffines Hyundai McKinney. I have never had an easier car buying process. No BS, no hidden fees, no being stuck in the finance office for hours. Just an easy process with no pressure at all. Ricardo is a straight shooter who takes pride in customer service. He will be honest with you from the outset and work with you to get what you need. Great experience and highly Reccommended!

Schedule an appointment for an oil change but still waiting and it’s been 2 hours so don’t get why you have to schedule maintenance that takes 15-30 minutes anywhere else but here be prepared to wait 2-5 hours

Amazing experience at Huffines McKinney at 1301 N central Expressway! Our salesman was Ricardo and he made the entire journey in finding a new car smooth, fast, and transparent. He was very friendly, informative, and made the process easier than I expected, and in only a few hours I was driving away in my new car! I would highly recommend Ricardo if you're looking to buy a new or pre-owned car, as well as the Finance Manager, Mindia, as he helped us by clarifying all of Hyundai's insurance options, and finding the best rates. Went to the dealership and had a great experience. The saleman (David Collins) was very professional and new everything about our Santa Fe. He explained all the features before I bought and again afterwards. The finance manger was fast and explained everything. Didn't have to go through the finance part but I am sure it would be great also. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I went in just before closing on Saturday. I spoke with DJ Johnson about a new Palisade. He showed me several that were on the lot. Over the course of a couple of texts we worked through the minor details and I went back Monday evening and completed all the paperwork. The staff here are fantastic. I never felt like I was getting the hard sell. Bravo Zulu to DJ and the rest of the folks at Huffines Hyundai McKinney.

Mark. Murphy, TX. BOUGHT A 2018 IONIQ BLUE DRIVE HERE. top notch value for your investment. Have done all service here for 5 years now (2023) never a single issue. I am higher in management in customer service for a public utility which is even tougher than a car dealership. I am also 67 and have lived 130 and grew up in a family business that, due to health, had to be sold but 10 years later folks would call with blank checks BEGGING for us to please come do their work. What do you do for customers to earn such loyalty, it is doing business in all respects the RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME and in this imperfect world when problems do arise HANDLING THOSE WITH PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY..... my experience with Huffines- I also have a 2017 sorrento that is only maintanied at huffines kia next door- and my education and experience- help form my opinion that huffhines (was chevy in dallas when i was a kid in the soap box derby!) honestly wishes to please customers as they profit to stay in business for those customers- a rarity unfortuantely in our day and age. As i said i had a degree in customer service before i left high school, watching my grandmother (1st licensed woman master plumber in texas 1932 and 2nd in the usa and dont say women are not strong and equal to men, businessmen bowed to her all the time so what some do now in 2023 is based on incorrect assumptions but that is another subject, back to the point) in the office and going on many, many service calls with dad, since before i was old enough to start school hands on education, and since 1985 in my industry where i started 10 years earlier, i have specifically been in business positions handling frustrated and upset customers wishing to leave when i first spoke with them so i think mine is an educated opinion from both a customer and business viewpoint. Life is not perfect and i will say sadly in to large of a majority of businesses in america now customer service takes a back seat to profit. In that vein my asesment of Huffines HYUNDAI AND KIA in Mckinney are that they are in the minority of entities at least attmpting to provide customer service and value the RIGHT WAY. Which is refreshing. My evaluation of Dale and his folks as well as the folks next door as to their service performance as well as my purchase experience and dealings with the company's finance department allow me to tell you if you do not have a great experience with them be open and honest and they will go the extra mile for you. If you carefully see the response to some 1 star reviews here you will see what i am saying. No i dont work for them or in the car industry, this is a customer voiced opinion. Guess what, I just told them I will be there tomorrow to purchase another vehicle and wont say which because you would run to get it in front of me after reading my review and, sorry, i want it now. There is a lesson to be learned in these reviews if they are done well which i have tried to do here for the benefit of all and the lesson here is- UNDER STAND THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS AND THE SITUATION OF THE FOLKS, and if you analyze your personal sitation up front and work together with them your quality of life and your experience will be maximized. That is exactly how i approach every maintenance encounter with huffines including having the sorrento towed in on flatbeds twice over the years and between the 2017 sorrento and the 2018 ioniq it is smooth sailing every time. Either we live together and all benefit, or we do not and none realize maximum benefit i.e.- QUALITY OF LIFE. And being old, i will say to all more valuable than cars or THINGS that QUALITY TIME IN LIFE- which gives us all just 1 pass, is priceless beyond monetary value. In summation, Huffines is an entity you should do business with and should things go wrong becuase they do, they will work with you to make your own quality of life as good as it should be. I have come out to Huffines Hyundai McKinney twice now trying to get my car taken care of. My check engine light has come on and needed to be diagnosed. I had already stopped at the first mechanic I spotted to make sure it was safe for me to drive or have towed. I was informed that it had a P303 code, possible miss fire, possibly from fuel injector, spark plug, or ignition coil. They gave me all the information and directed me to the dealership. My first attempt at the dealership I had made an appointment for the repair. The service advisor told me they don't take appointments for repairs and that the information I was providing wasn't liable to determine why my engine light was on, so they told me to come in first thing the next morning so they could diagnose it. Completely unacceptable. Why not use the time I had already scheduled and confirmed to that. It only took another mechanics less then ten minutes. So I brought it back just after opening hours and had it diagnosed which they told me the SAME EXACT thing as the first mechanic I stopped at. But now tell me that I have to make an appointment for the repair. Again, unacceptable! So now I am having to come back out for the third time now, reworking my whole life schedule again just to have my car taken care of. While they were nice and "professional" this whole experience has been a nightmare and waste of time. I literally keep thinking I should trade my car in for something different then a Hyundai, cause no one should ever have to deal with service like this. Three times to come back and HOPEFULLY FINALLY get my car repaired. Unacceptable!!

I had the best experience at Huffines Hyundai in McKinney! I had been trying to buy a car all day and every other dealership in McKinney surprised me with hidden fees and unexpected costs. The other dealerships also told me I had to use their financing (at a higher percentage rate) in order to buy their cars. At the end of the day, I found myself at Huffines and walked out in an hour with a car which I paid the price advertised and used my own financing. It was quick, easy and the employees were extremely helpful.

If interested in a Hyundai or Kia, Do your RESEARCH on year/model interested in before purchasing !!! Google search issues with the year/model you're looking at and same thing on YouTube and please check out FB for Engine Failure-Hyundai/Kia owners group!!! I did not research the Hyundai I purchased and am now one of the many trying to get an engine replacement! Ours lost acceleration on us going down a major highway at 70mph WITHOUT ANY warning and the engine seized up! If we would have been in the middle lane we wouldn't have made it to the shoulder that's how quickly it happened or if it would have happened just a little further down the highway, there were concrete barriers and no shoulder so we would have had nowhere to go, wouldn't have had enough time to exit the vehicle and we would have been seriously injured/killed along with whoever was unfortunate enough to be behind us!! This is a serious/dangerous issue!! We are not talking about minor mechanical issues that can happen with any vehicle new/used! A lot of us owners who this has happened to have made the routine/proper maintenance and have records to prove so. And for any current owners of a Hyundai or Kia, PLEASE file report/complaint of any issues you have to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration!! When they receive enough reports/complaints of same issues with make/model they will start an investigation that will hopefully lead to MORE recalls! The dealership and Hyundai both denied case for engine replacement. The case manager from corporate even asked for goodwill gesture. The dealership service manager denied a goodwill gesture. They didn't push trying to get assistance for engine replacement to corporate like some other dealerships have done to help their customers. I had to switch careers to get a position with less pay so I don't have to worry about transportation because I have an $11k payoff on this piece of yard art. Once paid off, straight to scrapyard. Unlike these dealerships selling these dangerous vehicles to customers with known engine issues, I could never replace engine and sell to another individual and risk their lives along with others on the roadway or put them through the emotional/financial burden this vehicle has put us through along with all the others in the Facebook group! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
