I just experienced the best customer service ! Samantha was great! She is actually filling in for someone at one of thr other branches, but how sweet she was, I had to do a review for her for her home branch. This girl is great. Now a days, folks don't have the time or care to sit with you and explain nothing. She took her time with me, helped me, very personable and such a very sweet spirit. Whoever is hr manager, keep her on the team and move her up !

After a HORRIBLE experience I recently had with a Credit Union in Oklahoma, I was quite gun-shy about working with any Credit Union on anything. However, our financial advisor encouraged me to seek out a Credit Union to replace a loan I took out on a newer vehicle in order to get a better interest rate. In Touch Credit Union is literally around the corner from us so I called.The rate was almost a full point lower than what I had and everyone from the initial call to the loan closing was fantastic to work with.I want to commend Amir, Paige and Sarah for their friendly, professional demeanor in working with me.Barry

One of the most horrific and traumatic experiences of my life courtesy of Oscar at InTouch credit union! I went in looking to draw $1200 from my savings account and he asked to speak with my husband. I told him that I’m not married and he asked to speak with my father. I informed him that I am a grown woman who can withdraw my own money from my own account and he told me that a “new era of phallic supremacy” was being ushered in and got very aggressive with me. I demanded to speak with a manager and he threatened to “let the dog loose” on me. He then started growling and snarling at me and I was so scared I literally ran for my life! And worst of all he FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE howling and snarling like an animal. Luckily I got in my car and on El Dorado before he could catch up to me. I’m considering filing a police report. It was so traumatic and I was shaking for hours.

Poor customer service. I have been going to this location for a few years and every time I have to go inside the bank, I leave feeling rushed and unwelcomed. It's rare when I have to go inside the bank (I usually talk to a teller in the drive through - I never have a problem with them probably because they are not at this location). My mom and I have been members for over ten years but are contemplating changing to a different credit union. Their website has too many updates/errors, the customer service in the bank is poor, and the communication is lacking with this credit union entirely. It's a hassle going here when it should be convenient.

Third time in a week this credit union (Mckinney) has given me the run around. I made an appointment for a shared branch transaction and was notifed system was down across all its credit unions. Gave them another try and managed to complete a transaction on a separate date. I was told no appointment was needed next time. To cover my bases I made an appointment and recieved yet another call stating SYSTEM is down for SHARED branching. I will be calling SSFCU in San Antonio to get this InTouch credit union OFF their list. As a veteran this is a MAJOR inconvenience for me. I will be taking my business transactions and wallet elsewhere. Prestige Credit Union was HIGHLY recommended to me!! HOOAH!

Terri was absolutely amazing! Professionalism exudes from her being along w/ a joke here and there! she kept me laughing and I was still in and out within the hour. She was knowledgeable about every question that I had and provided addt'l resources for my future! I'd recommend her services to anyone whether it's opening a new checking/saving acct, loan services, credit counseling, she's your one stop shop or could point you in the right direction!
