I've worked with Jeff for 25 yrs. He's been prompt and responsive to my needs and many questions in the past.
My current concern is that I haven't been able to schedule a conversation with him to review my coverage and my State Farm policies. I hope I will hear from him soon.

Jeff is very passionate and knowledgeable about various insurance offerings and can help you select the best combination for your risk profile.That said, I would say his strongest quality is his attentiveness and empathy. Recently, I submitted a claim for an automobile accident and Jeff provided an experienced hand to help quarterback the multiple State Farm internal parties and provide a seamless experience.I consider him a good friend and look forward to developing alongside with him.

Jeff is prompt, kind, social, and accommodating. I was referred by a co-worker who has been with his office for a number of years and I'm glad I decided to go with Jeff as our agent when we moved to State Farm. He was able to work with our insane schedule, needs via email, etc.We're moving out of state soon and we'll be staying with State Farm as we've had a great experience, especially thanks to Jeff. If we were staying in Texas, I'd love to stay with this agency.

I had my insurance with Jeff for 15 years or more! He and his team are extremely responsive and always a great person to keep me up to date and competitive on rates. I only left him when I got married and I felt like it was a break up! They are great!!!

Reached out to this office for a home and auto quote. Initial response was quick and I provided the info that was requested, but then the office went dark. I'm left to assume they weren't able to compete with my current provider. An email telling me as much would have been nice.
