I would give them a 5star but i left a review on the khols in mckinney website but someone took it down for some reason i dont understand why but thats not ok anyways i took my kids here for a little shopping for coats the other morning! the store was very clean! Every aisle was spotless. I never see a team of cleaners i only see 1 guy, And this store is huge so if he is the only one cleaning the store than He needs a reward because this place was spotless. Good job young man keep up the great work?

Kohl's is a good place to go for someone who doesn't enjoy shopping. It is bright, the departments are easy to find, and the associates are friendly and helpful.

Too many customers and far too few staff. Losing half the registers is an epic failure. The line wrapped halfway to the back of the store. It wasn't worth my time so I just left my purchase on the nearest rack and walked out the door.

Kohl’s in McKinney has been a site forenjoyable shopping experiences for me especially during and post holiday weeks. I have found great merchandise, wonderful savings, and pleasant customer service interactions with floor and check-out associates. In addition to finding quality merchandise at amazing sales prices, I have received bonuses in the form of “Kohl’s Cash” which prompts me to return to the store and enjoy subsequent productive shopping sessions.
