Such a bad pharmacy. I learned to check my prescriptions every time before I leave - almost always wrong- except for charging me. Poor communication - whenever something is out they don't even tell you but just try to sneak it by. I've been coming off and on for years whenever my insurance forces me to use them. Not friendly, nor polite - I always feel like a burden when trying to fill my prescriptions.

I called Krogers and asked for a certain prebiotic that has to be refrigered,the pharmacy said they have one left and would hold for me. When I arrived 30 minutes later they had sold it to someone else, they said they would reorder the prebiotic and the order would be ready by 1:00 PM the next day. They took my name and phone number. Called the next day and let the pharmacy know I was coming to pick up my order, and they said that the order came in but had sold to another customer. This prebiotic was ordered by my gastrologist and I am desperately needing it. I am frustrated with such incompetence. If I ran my company like this I would be out of business. Great pharmacy experience. It's convenient to be able to request and be notified of refills with the Kroger app, plus picking up your prescriptions is always quick and easy with a drive-thru lane.

The pharmacists are super busy yet kind enough to treat you with kindness, dignity and respect. I have health issues and the pharmacist went above and beyond to get my meds ready fast. The pharmacist was also kind enough to help me look for a cheaper version of my medication. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3.5 years and appreciate their pharmacists and techs.

Rude, inept, can’t do their job right, don’t update their system so the automated phone system keeps calling, they filled 2 prescriptions of the same medication , and when I have a 30 day med, they can’t seem to get that some months have 31 days, it’s a constant mind struggle with the pharmacy, have thought to move locations but this is literally across the street. Seems like they could just get some management and training.

I have been going to the new Kroger & Pharmacy at 380 & Lake Forest since they opened- everyone is so amazing!! I live 2 blocks from the Kroger at 380 & 75- 99% of the people are rude and take their time checking you out- the store isn’t near as clean as the one at 380 & Lake Forest!! I’m 74 years old and I drive close to 3 miles in lieu of 2 blocks!! EVERYONE at the new Kroger are amazing and so eager to help you!!!!

The pharmacy MANAGER was very rude and unprofessional to my wife who is very ill. (She had just gotten out of the hospital and needed her meds right away.) I spend HUNDREDS of dollars in prescriptions at this location every month. I am shocked at how we were spoken to by this unprofessional person. Oh, you're a manager and are tired since you had been at work since 7 am? I manage an office and if I DARED to speak to a customer this way I would be TERMINATED immediately.
