This is my neighborhood grocer. I know most of the long-time employees here and they are great people. They keep the store clean and stocked and up-to-date.

Awesome place. My husband works there and has for a few years. Staff are great. Prices and sales are great. The pharmacy is great, I have conditions that I need meds for and they handle most of them

The location is good and neat. Employees are helpful and have a lot of patience. Have Starbucks and everything you need at this location.

The girls in the deli and the cashiers are super friendly…I love that they always have at least one lane open always with an actual cashier..

I don't have this problem at other stores!EVERY TIME I buy some kind of frozen meal, they are opened! The box on the outside looks okay but when you open the package, the clear plastic covering is always ripped off or half on. Extremely frustrating when you open it and all you see is thick layer of ice..!!

Ive never felt so ignored and judged by a store and I do instacart and uber… I used to come here everyday for orders and now that ive come back, the self checkout will ignore and act like they didn’t see me when I was the only person at the 6 registers, so when I came back for another order I went to the other side(left) and the computer said “27 items” calling the employee, she starts saying what didnt you scan, instead of believing me, she believed the computer, she didnt say anything after I told her I dont know why its saying that, my order even specified I only had 27 items exactly. Seems as thou people may have stolen before, thats doesn’t mean you assume.

People who left reviews about prices and selections for this store, are either blind or just plain stupid. What this particular store did, is remodeled the floors and isles and put the price on the shoppers. I shop in this Kroger for about 8 years now. NOT anymore. Selection is ridiculous, prices are disgusting, constantly under staffed, employees has no idea how to fix the simplest problem. The positive is that the pharmacy is outstanding and its workers are great!!!!The ONLY person in the store who deserves credit is LARRY, without him the store would shut down.Do a grocery run either Market Street or Thumb Thumb and compare generic food pricing

Understaffed and understocked consistently. This is the ONLY staffed register in the store. The line is 4 deep behind me too. AbysmalUPDATED: As bad as ever, maybe worse. Would give a 0 if possible.Go to HEB.

I like the store for some items but I would not buy seafood there. When I had small children, I think I was only asked twice if I needed help out with my purchases over a ten year period. There seems to be improvements since I no longer need it. But the baggers still are not trained properly so I use the self checkout.Thankfully, we now have HEB as an alternative!

This review is partly this store and mostly corporate. I filed a complaint to the store manager who was very concerned. I also filed with the Kroger corporate office. I told them I was looking forward to their response. It's been over 2 months and no response. I even sent it again and no response. It seems their corporate office needs ALOT of basic customer service skills training as they apparently have NONE. They just ignore their customers

I have spent so much money at Kroger over the last 20 years and recently I bought my mom a closed apple GC for her birthday for $100. They charged me and today my mom just called to let me know that their was no card in there at all. She called the number on the back of the GC and it also gives you the GC number. They checked it out for her and said it was bought for $25, but voided right away. So, Kroger put a voided GC back on the display and when I called them, they refused to do anything to help. After 20 years, we now will be shopping at Tom Thumb. It has better prices and varieties of things anyway. Kroger was just closer. I was thinking about changing anyway as I went in a week ago and am limping severely due to a spinal injury that I will be having surgery on soon and NO ONE would help me get my things on a conveyor belt or help me outside even though I asked. I was told they didn't have time. Kroger has gone down hill and lost yet another customer.

I like Kroger because it's close to my place and open late, but they stop having cashiers after 9 and it's all self checkout. Self checkout is fine for a few items, but when buying for the week it's nothing but a pain. The thing kept pausing several times when swapping bags telling me to put the bag back and then called for the attendant six seperate times due to some video when I moved something near the bags before scanning. I can't wait for HEB to open nearby. If you can't have one cashier for larger purchases while you're open then you don't deserve my business.
