Can’t fill a prescription in a timely manner.
In one instance, waited all day for prescription to be filled, didn’t hear anything. Ended up driving to the store, wife was told it would be 45 minutes. She walked around the store and upon checking back in, the medicine was still not ready. The tech still had not mixed the amoxicillin as she was told would be done.
In another instance the prescription was put in before noon, the pharmacy was unable to fill the prescription before closing over 6 hours later and I will have to return in the morning while my child deals with a double ear infection. This is not acceptable.

This was the first time I used this pharmacy. I walked in to get a flu shot. I did not schedule this in advance. The service was excellent and quick! The lady pharmacist was so nice, and the shot did not hurt at all. I will be using them again in the future.

Recently had to pick up a couple prescriptions and Tia was beyond helpful. She took time to explain the medications to me and possible side effects and to educate me on my condition, which was very much appreciated since my doctor did not offer the same courtesy.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years now, primarily because of its location, NOT the service I get. Now, that being said, when COVID happened, all of a sudden, the service here became very hit or miss, just depending on who ended up helping me. It seems to me there’s been a significant bit of turnover which, frankly, is the same story in a lot of local customer service-oriented businesses, isn’t it? Anyways, my point is that the service at this pharmacy is not always friendly, particularly helpful, and definitely not consistent. As a tip, I have on several occasions, gotten the feeling that the workers just didn’t want to be there or working, etc. I personally try to get some of the more seasoned employees to help me, but that doesn’t always mean a satisfying experience either. Like I said before, “hit or miss”…

Worst experience ever...not one time was I offered a consultation for NEW medication. Not one time was I asked if I have questions. I had to call another pharmacy to get help. I promise I will never come back to this pharmacy.

Marketplace is a special type of Kroger offering. This location has excellent quality selection, a great accessible location, and good options. They can improve the checkout experience. I had alcohol in my cart so I went to a checkout lane instead of a self-check lane knowing they would have to check me anyway. They keep only one full service lane open unfortunately. Otherwise the service is high with attendants at all service stations such as the full Boar's Head station. Lovely selection of bread. Large deli area. Gorgeous produce!!!Even a decent selection of vegan options (while not on comp to Whole Foods or Sprouts it will do). I am glad we have this fine grocer in North Dallas area.

Well stocked, usually has plenty of things on sale with the Kroger Card and excellent, helpful staff, especially Raynna.A great Kroger to shop at.

If you get a script here add 4-6 hours to whatever time they said they would have it done. If you call for updates on your late prescription expect to be treated like you dont know how technology works because they send texts when scripts are ready. And then expect to not be able to use the kroger app to pay because the pharmacists dosnt know how technology works. 12 times in a row is enough for me im taking my business elsewhere.

I have been getting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for over a year now. I transferred from another Kroger thinking this one would be better. For over 6 months now it has been one issue after another. They almost never have my prescription ready when they say they will. I have gone to pick up one of my prescriptions three different times and even though it's just basic insulin needles, they have been out of stock. Anytime you try to use GoodRx or WellRx, they don't actually apply the coupon for it anymore, they will only use what seems to be their affiliated service Blink. The price on almost every one of my prescriptions has increased through Kroger, but those same prescriptions have stayed the same or decreased at other local pharmacies. It doesn't matter if you go in store or through the drive-thru, you are going to wait over 15 minutes to speak to someone because the lines are very long. I will be transferring my business to a locally owned place. I'll still shop here though because I like the store.

I found the pharmacy staff, and really the staff throughout this store, to be very friendly and helpful. Although this store is farther away than another Kroger in town, I go to this one because it's much better.

It seems to take too many days to get a refill. When it is ready, it seems that the people in the drive through have the priority.
