Corey, the manager here was so rude! He acted like he was inconvenienced by me showing up for an oil change. I could hear him taking phone calls and complaining about everyone each time he hung up. The guy doing my oil change was complaining the entire time. This was my first and last time to use this Kwik Kar location. I felt like I owed them an apology for paying them to complete their services!

Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed.
I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick.
My truck is running better than it ever has thanks to Anthony and the team. I’m still in utter disbelief because I’ve never felt so at ease at a mechanic shop. I will definitely be going back to this location with my truck and my wife’s car going forward. I’m blessed beyond measure!

I have been going to this location in Mckinney on Virginia for over 10 years. This is the only place that myself and my family take our cars for inspections and oil changes. I just had my inspection done and was in and out quickly and the tech did a great job explaining the entire process and never have to worry about them y trying to up sell anything. Thank You for going the extra mile and putting your customers first.

Well, I went there today, June 12, 2024 for an inspection before I can even get out the car good I was told that my 2021 Nissan Sentra SR was going to fail inspection because it’s missing a lug nut on the front left side? well I went online to see what fails a car inspection in Texas and it states windshield wipers that are damaged or not working your service or check engine light being illuminated headlights or tail lights that are damaged or burnt out and the issue with the parking brakes or brakes ..It says nothing about 1 Lug nut. That was so stupid. So if it was A thing why did not you just do the inspection and Fail me and give me a piece of paper to make sure that I get it A lug nut really inspection is emissions WOW

Pretty damn good actually. Oil change places are pretty sketchy more often than not in my experience, but this one was outstanding. Why cant more places be like this?!
