I came in for emissions testing and was in a huge hurry because the dmv was closing soon. They were very nice and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and I made it to the dmv before they closed!!

It was my first time getting my car inspected here, and I absolutely loved the experience. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and they didn’t try to upsell me or claim my car needed “unnecessary” repairs. Quick, honest, and efficient. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

This place is unbelievable. I went there this evening for them to check my fluids and Dillion was a very smart mouth and got oil on my vehicle inside and whoever these new people are they dont need to be there. I always take Gatorade there for everyone and when it's cold l buy hot chocolate for them all and l get treated that way never again l will not go there again. They lied to me and tried to get me to have an oil change when l didn't need one. Don't go there.

VERY RUDE staff, I been doing my car service there for over a year but I Won’t EVER go there or recommend anyone to do that.
I have never been yelled at, I don’t understand how anyone could do that to a customer for NO reason.

We would highly recommend this Kwik Kar for oil service. They run an honest operation. My wife drove in thinking she needed her routine oil change. The staff recommended that she could wait 4 more months after doing a quick inspection of the vehicle on the lift. Kudos to staff and organization for their great customer service and their high ethical standards.

I asked for price on oil change to get told 80 to 120. He wouldn't even get me a for sure answer. It was a bit of a wait for even that much.

I'm at this location now. $89 + tax on oil change. Seemed expensive. I called the dealer. $80 out the door. I went inside Kwik lube. Mgr said dealer is tricking me. "I've been doing this for 30 years" I will be cheaper. I nicely said the dealer always charges me $80. You want $89+ tax. Mgr said "what do you want me to do?". I calmly said just tell the truth and walked out. Everyone who reads this, Please be aware.

I have NEVER been yelled at by a hateful employee of any business I have ever been to. I nicely asked an employee if 1 of the 2 music sources ( 2 different Tv’s in the waiting area just playing different music not a show) , could be turned off or down, as it was annoying to me to hear 2 different music sources at the same time. The employee would not respond. I walked back in and I guess he told Alex. The kwik kar on ElDorado in McKinney has a Manager named Alex, who yelled at me not to change the volume when I was just looking at the side of the TV, yelled he can run his business the way he sees fit( true but you don’t have to YELL) , yelled at me and ORDERED me to go sit at the front, that I could not sit back there in the back because it was a children’s area. There were no children in the room or in the business at the time. As I paid for the service, I asked the employee for the name of the manager. He turned without responding and went to get Alex. His name was on his shirt. I told him it was unacceptable to be yelled at and ordered to sit down, He said the music was not too loud. I said that was not my complaint and that I and my family would never be back and I would make it a point to write him scathing reviews and report him to corporate Kwik Kar. I have been taking our cars there for at least 15 years. Never have I been so angered that this could have been solved with calmness and simply a conversation not hateful yelling at a long time customer. I did not deserve the angry wrath that Alex dished out!!
