I called in on April 17th to set a appointment for the next day for 5pm when we get to Liberty there's only 2 Workers and we told the young lady who was Nice that we had an appointment for 5pm mind you we we're 15 minutes early but for some reason they didn't show our appointments, ? ? I even had the phone number in my call log but that wasn't good enough before leaving 3other people came in saying they had a 5pm appointment ?needless to say liberty will not get our business anymore !! I didn't want to give them any ⭐but you have to atleast give one and they're not worth the one, Liberty Tax at 400 N. Central Expressway Annetta Ricks

Huge waste of time. Very unfriendly, office has a stale male perfume smell. Tax guy very unfriendly, unprofessional, and zero knowledge on taxes.

Terrible experience. Tried to charge me over $400 to prep my taxes. I have never ever paid that much for tax prep. This guy's attitude was just pushy and as if he was in a hurry the entire time. Making ironic questioning and insinuating as if my numbers were false. Never coming back.

This is my second year having Liberty work with and breakdown my taxes. The prior year brought challenges for me so I needed to find someone who I felt comfortable with and trusted. My issues were resolved in a timely and professional manner. I told Curtis that they will manage my tax concerns future forward. I sat with Zikejah yesterday and she was a jewel! I was in the door and right out with no complaints. 2022 DONE!

Taxes are not fun for anyone. The staff here at the McKinney location are amazing. Very helpful...very respectful and extremely nice. It's a very easy process as long as YOU make it one.
