I bought a product from a small grocery store and it worked well. Then I searched for the company and bought 12 of the same product, but I felt a change in the color of the capsule and the result was very bad. Then I contacted the company via text and the result was bad and I decided to buy 3 different ones to try. There were products that worked well, but unfortunately all of their products were bad. I contacted them via messages and explained the issue to them, and the response was as follows. We thank you for this information, and we will know that these products do not work for you

I am still trying to receive the products I purchased from them after 11 days (since paying for them). USPS has a tracking number, but the package appears to not be in the shipment. However, the most frustrating issue is I cannot even speak with someone at the store. I have called numerous times, left 2 voicemails, and asked to receive a call back (and all my calls were during business hours), but they simply will not respond. Spending over $100 and getting nothing for it, not even a human on the phone, is pretty lousy service. If I don't get ahold of them by the 3rd week I am disputing the charge with my bank.

After years of buying supplements online from this shop I finally made the trip all the way from garland, and let me tell you it was well worth the drive. Best prices around and not to mention the guys here are great and really helped me nail the perfect preworkout for my needs. Cant wait to make another trip for karbolyn and some protein. Thanks guys and I will recommend all fitness friends to make this their supplement destination.

I received a smaller amount of a powder that I order and when confronted, the owner admitted to not having enough in stock. At that point you would think it be smart to email your customer and return his money, but he didn't do that. I asked for a return label and was not provided one. So unless you want to get cheated out of your money, go with some other local supplement shop and stay away from this one. Customer service was awful.
