Pretty sure I was racially profiled.I made a return a couple of days ago for a faucet, brand new still sealed in the box with the security plastic on it. I walk up with my receipt, tell the lady its a return and she takes the box from me and immediately for a good 5+ minutes started trying to open the box. She finally opens it and checks the items and I asked why did you open a new item. Her reason- people try to steal items and then put their old items in the box so they have to check. Odd, because you can clearly tell that box has not been tampered with. The following day I make a purchase no issues and then today my husband and I revisit the location to purchase tile and to place an order for delivery. My husband who is asian is walking ahead of me with the cart to the exit when immediately I a black woman am stopped. With a loud "HEY" followed by a "can i help you??" Which he did not want to help. It was alarming like the guy kind of blocks me like I'm stealing something and I'm like I'm walking out the exit.... the lady at the register then wants to see my receipt. Which to my knowledge when did Lowes start checking receipts? All the while no one addresses my husband just me the black woman with no cart and no items in my hand ... I Guess they thought they were really doing something big by stopping me. If this is protocol stop everyone. Home Depot it is!

Absolutely horrible experience with purchasing a fence for my home. Their fence contractor is D- rated with BBB, horrible with communication and workmanship. Shop local for your fence project, don’t make the same mistake I did.

one of the worst lowes Ive been to and others have set the bar low. cannot get help, checker said she couldn't price match and took 20 min to get a manager who could, returns going out the door with only one person in customer service. shop elsewhere

I was in the store asking for assistance to find an item. There were four Lowe’s employees, but none of them seemed willing to leave their positions. They appeared indifferent to helping a customer. It was a terrible experience. I guess they simple don’t care about customers. Went to Harbor freight and you can tell right away they care for their customers. Never going back to Lowes again.

Tried to do a return with receipt, got told I'm just out of their return window, and there's no exceptions, no way around it just F off. it's brand new unopened still sealed in its plastic, not an out-of-date product, and I don't care if it would have been a refund or store credit or exchange didn't matter to me.so unless they do something from this review, I have a water filter Samsung HAF-CIN for sale 25 bucks obo

Their delivery service sucks and local store does not care that delivery compsny they hired changed delivery time. We had a delivery time of 8:00 am snd night before they changed it to 2:40-6:30. No one can tell me why or help me. Corporate crap.
