Kristie, Todd, and the installation team did a great job! We had motorized blackout shades installed on multiple windows and they look/work exactly how we hoped they would. Even after a mix-up on my part that delayed a portion of the install, Todd personally stepped in and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Thank you!
