I purchased a new refrigerator and a new TV on 9/19/23. Refrigerator was delivered and set up within a couple of days. However, I have been getting a run around on the delivery of my TV from 9/25/23 through today 10/3/23.Initially, I was called on the 25th to deliver in 5 min (no advance warning) and I was leaving the house. Since then, they scheduled for the 26th (no show), 28th (no show), 29th (no show), 10/1 (no show) and today they scheduled for 9am (no show), called them and they said by 1pm (no show) and then 3pm (no show).I would no longer buy anything from Best Buy that requires a delivery.

They did not have what of we wanted , and we even researched online. Their system even said they, had it, but I don't care I only care about results and expect a business that says they have something to have it. However , Leslie (lLesly)) , saved this review from 2 stars -4 .. She researched the other locations . And made sure , we got everything needed . Twitch SpencerstompI've love Best Buy and do fear for it's future . If other employee maybe not so helpful , guess what you lose to Amazon .

Checking out at Best Buy is so tedious they keep trying to upsell customers with all their membership and protection plans. Would be nice to just pay and leave. Please put in a self checkout so I don't have to keep hearing the same thing over and over.

Ordered two new dvd releases online because they don't put them out on the day they are released unless you place an order online. Placed my order for store pickup witch I was told that they would have ready today as the store was getting ready to close for the day I was informed that my items were not available. So I had to cancel my order and then went to Walmart and got the same items from a lot less as the items were available as they said they were

Wanted to get a new iPhones but no help this is not new for Best Buy as they are the Walmart of electronics. Left and will go elsewhere for my phone.

Historically I have always had issues with Best Buy. From selling me floor model items and refusing to discount even though items were incomplete and floor models to losing parts of my order and pre order gifts. I even one time had to get the office of the CEO involved. Well, these were all legacy issues from many years ago and perhaps California issues because I have had nothing but excellent service here at the McKinney location. I can't speak highly enough for their associates and their willingness to help and always with a friendly smile and demeanor. I've been here at least 7 or 8 times since moving to McKinney last November and every single interaction has been positive and fulfilling. Every big store should be managed and run like this one. They have a great thing going here and I'm so delighted with them.

They way my wife and I were treated at Best Buy in McKinney just now is inexcusable. I spend thousands of dollars there every year but I will not spend one more dime at Best Buy. We were simply trying to use our Apple Care that we purchased with our phones. The Geek squad rep talked over us and was telling us what he says is covered goes above and beyond what Apple sent us to that store for not to mention what the contract says in black and white.

My husband purchased a tv mount online at Best Buy. Our tv installer refused to install it because the box had been opened prior to shipping and parts www out of order in box. The local store refused to take it back because we were out of the 15 day return window. This is a $700 piece of equipment and we are an older couple. We can't afford to take a hit like that. Horrible customer service. We'll never go there again.

Getting someone to help you in this store is impossible. Go to a different Best Buy or a completely different electronics store.

Took 5 hrs to place order on phone with 2 agents! Then they put a Florida # on my Tx address! Deliver was to be today 9am - 1PM -- I'ts 4:19 nothing no call no one knows anything. I had to straighten phone # out and called the delivery place nothing! I'ts going to be dark and they will here all night installing but I doubt they will show up. Best Buy sure takes your money and then leaves you hanging. So many people say oh they are running late will be there and then there is the third party delivery thing where they don't bother to call you! Better have masks on if they show up! I'm really upset will never purchase any appliances from Best Buy ever again. Just may cancel this one with credit card company. This is not worth 12 hrs on the phone for a purchase!

Low inventory over all, a ton of employees that are all busy chatting with each other rather than helping customers. Bought a printer & was told "Just drive to the Plano location to pick it up." We we're not informed that we couldn't pick it up for hours. Would've been faster to have just bought our items from the Plano store. Second star was for clean store & clean outside.

The customer service is terrible. I bought a Univetsal Remote on 12/19 and tried to return it today on Jan 17, less than 30 days from purchase. They said it had to be returned by the 16th some special date, I missed it by 1 day. No flexibility at all!! Last time I shop there.

My name is Terrance Hardin. I bought a Kenwood stereo from best buy in Las Vegas Nv. approx. nineteen months ago. I noticed a problem with the installation after about six months, then covid hit and most stores were either closed or reduced service. This is when I started to get the run-a-round and felt like I would get no help. I was so disappointed with Best Buy I was ready to spend money anyplace but Best Buy to fix or replace my radio. I decided to talk to the store manager at the McKinney store. When I went into the store I ask to see him someplace private, we sat in an empty office. I was impressed the manager listened to my situation completely, only asking questions to clarify. After I was finished he did something totally unexpected but greatly appreciated. He replaced my stereo, installed the new stereo, and got the install appointment in time for a trip I'm planning . This was a true blessing. I am happy to be a customer of Best Buy, and I would tell anyone they are a good company to do business with.
