Friendly staff. They did not have a good selection of men's clothing and shoes. Especially pants, jeans and shoes. But I went there for a suitcase and got it.

I am a true TJ, Marshall’s, Ross fan for bargains. I know this close to the holidays they are maxed out employee wise. It just seems like this store is a hot mess in the beauty/makeup/hair/markdown area. Stuff is spilled, damaged crammed onto shelves 5 items deep and heaven help you if you are short. I usually get tired of looking, finding something to wipe my hands on and attempting to make it down the narrow aisles. Lingerie is always a hot mess and poorly organized sizes. I also wish husbands would stay home and stop following their wives around. You guys are bored to death and in the way. Ross ( next door is more organized )

I recently went into the Marshall's store on University Dr in McKinney, TX to get a gift card. The cashier asked me if I was a rewards member. I said no and she asked if I would like to be so I could get 10% off my purchase. I asked what I had to do and she said nothing and you can use your own credit card. After I went through the process to sign up she handed me a credit card agreement to sign. I told her I did not want a new credit card and she told me it was too late, it had already been opened. I am very angry about this deceptive practice. Nothing at all was said about opening a new credit card and in fact I was lied to, saying I could use my own credit card. Opening a new account effects my credit rating and I do not appreciate being tricked into this. I will shred the card when it comes and I won't step foot in a Marshalls again.

As a long time customer of this location, I clearly love it. Today I was shopping and used the restroom, to my surprise an associate came out of the stall, walked pass and left the restroom without washing her hands. I brought this to the manager on duty whose name is Susana and her response was that the employee I was referring to is “special”. As if that is an excuse for the young lady not washing her hands after to took a poop. Appropriate hygiene within the workplace is a must and if the young lady has sense enough to say “excuse me” to get pass me on the sales floor, she is not that “special” to not know how to appropriately wash her hands. Mind you, after not washing her hands, she went directly to the children’s department putting away toys. There is too much going on in the world today surrounding viruses and bacteria for any employee of any establishment to not wash their hands. Hopefully, Marshall’s do a better job at implementing proper hygiene in the workplace…”special” or not!

I’ve been looking for the viral rhinestone make up brushes and hasn’t had any luck. I stopped by today around noon and asked an associate if she knew if they’d be receiving more. Without hesitation she went to the back and came back with the purple set. I was looking for the silver and pink or the pink one but these were also very pretty. She went above and beyond without having to. She could’ve said “ what we have out is all we have” like every other store I’ve hit, but she didn’t. Very grateful she found these, saved me from purchasing from resellers for over $80!! I didn’t get her name but if she sees this I’m sure she’ll know who I am!!

I typically shop here and always have great experiences. However today was totally disappointing. The “Asian “ employee was really rude when checking me out. I don’t throw money at them when paying and expect the same respect in return. However she felt the need to toss my charge on counter. Again I typically get great service but today was not it. Holidays bring out true characteristics in people. ?? in service

Love Love Love it !!!! You will find great prices on name brand clothes ,house wares, bedding, cosmetics and shampoos, conditioners ect..... This is my favorite store. So many awesome products and so many awesome prices. I think you will love it too. Great at Christmas time. Great shopping? Have fun. Bye

I give this place one star only for actually opening its doors. Very disorganized, employees just sitting around on their phone or talking to eachothe even the the place was a mess. Went to try on clothes and was told the dressing rooms didnt open for another 40 mins. I had close to $200 worth of clothes in my hands. The girl that told us this didnt even make eye contact, or an apology. She just walked past us. Hands down the worst customer service I have had in many years. This place should be shut down. I was prepared to spend close to $200. Will NEVER go to another Marshalls again.
