Had my check engine light on 2016 Encore, I was quoted from Buick they it would be at least $500 and they have to keep it at least 3 days. I was referred here, they said can I leave it overnight and called me at noon the next day $300 with inspection. Very honest and did exactly what was needed.

I would not recommend this place. My car was overheating and took it here to get fixed. They said they replace the radiator and charger me almost $1000. After just 10 days my car is overheating again and when I called the owner he just said: I don't know what to tell you, might be this or that. Did not take ownership of his work or offered to take care of me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I’d give 0 stars if possible, I brought my car in for a diagnosis, and long story short my vehicle was there for 3 weeks before he finally looked at it , just to find out he ordered a part without telling me, then it sat another two weeks at his shop before I picked it up because he hadn’t done any work on it yet. When I called to speak about picking it up he hung up on me and when I called back he said he’d did it cause I wanted to pick up my car. Very unprofessional and terrible communication

Took my car in for a oil pressure problem, took a month to get it back and it barely even runs...the timing is very off, he didn't communicate any step of the way and I never knew what was happening with my car. The car also went in for a rear main seal, they put one in but never cleaned the pan so it was covered in oil and was burning off oil when I got it back. I paid $3600 for my car to come back worse then it went in. I don't recommend.

They don't call you to make sure the work they are doing is what you want. Or that the amount you will be paying is even feasible for you.
Work is excellent. Communication is 1 star.

Was told 2-3 hundred dollars, ended up w a 630 price and Noone called me to clear the double in price And on top of that, the car is still making the same sound.It was making when we took it in.I would not recommend this place unless you do everything by the book. Not a honest place at all!!!! I should have read reviews ?

Excellent service, down home honest communication, time proven 35+ years at same location in McKinney. They do an excellent job and are totally HONEST. Mike and crew do not try to sell you unnecessary services, they fix the problem and are very reasonable with their prices. I rest easy when I take my car there for check ups and repairs.
