I have purchased many new vehicles over the the last 40+ years and I have had good experiences and bad experiences. The new care sales team at your dealership has been, far and away, the most enjoyable to work with. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was considering 2 different brands of trucks and was working with several different dealerships in the process. While most were friendly and helpful, there were times when the process got competitive. I never felt that way at your dealership. It was always a collaborative effort to find me the best truck at a fair price. My salesman, Tee, and sales manager, Bobby, could not have been more helpful, patient and courteous throughout the entire process. They made me feel special and important. If I dropped by unannounced and they were busy with others, they went out of their way to try to accommodate me as well. They provided a wonderful customer service experience that is all too rare today. I truly feel that I have made a couple of new “friends” and I hope they feel the same way. I was torn between two trucks ( Sierra and Ram). I found myself leaning towards the Ram, but ultimately, it was the people and atmosphere of McKinney Buick GMC that convinced me to choose the Sierra. I am hoping the rest of my experience with your dealership can live up to that of your new car sales department. They have set a very high bar.

We bought my son’s first car from the pre-owned division and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Random Wise was so helpful to step in when the original sales person wasn’t working (the day we came back to finish the paperwork). He was so nice. I was also so impressed with their follow through with a couple of after purchase promised repairs. Mike Pines did an outstanding job with follow up and communication. I have bought many cars in my time and this place has impressive customer service.

Service writer was excellent. The technician leaves quite a bit to be desired. Forgot to return the wheel lock key to the car and after the tire rotation, didn't adjust the tire pressures. PSI read: 34, 35, 36, 37. Good luck. Maybe work area in back needs a check list after completion of order so the customer doesn't have to drive back to correct labor and pickup parts.

We initially had some bumps in our transaction with financing, however the dealership reached out to us and got my husband and I, a very affordable deal and we are so pleased we came back and purchased our new 2024 Encore. Great sales lady Donna. We highly recommend it!

Zero Communication. My service advisor didn’t even have his voicemail setup. How do you work at a certified GMC dealership and not have a voicemail in serviceMy car was there for 3 months after storms. In order to get an update on my car I had to actually go there to speak to someone.When I asked for an oil change, AC repair, general maintenance nothing was done when I went to pick it up. What I was told was my battery was dead… ok, fair enough right??? Well not really because the reason I had a dead battery was because they left the inside back lights on in my car.Don’t go there!!! You will be disappointed and most likely completely ripped off.It’s a shame that I went that long without my car and they fixed nothing but a battery that was actually caused by their incompetence.Des (yes, the one that called over 25 times and received one return call)

Absolutely horrific service department. The opposite of serving each customer with dignity and purpose. I have never been treated with more disrespect. There is a consistent attitude of disregard for my time. The shuttle service only runs until 4:00pm. I will never purchase another gmc vehicle. I do want to commend the shuttle drivers kindness and professionalism. The service writers at this location are cocky, apathetic, disrespectful, and in no way represent “service”. The vehicle is in for service due to a lack of a part due to a GMC issue and has zero to do with anything any fault of my own. There should be nothing but kindness and care shown to customers - I should never be treated as an inconvenience or interruption to someone’s coffee and breakfast.Update to help since you are confused - my name is on my review, and my appointment was at 8:00 am I’m on Thursday. This along with the email I sent to your manager should clear up the consistent confusion you seem to have going on there.

Donna was awesome. She had the keys to the two vehicles that I wanted when I arrived very easy to work with and I purchased. As long as I am driving GM products, I will deal with Donna and GMC Buick McKinney. Management and finance both easy to work with.

Save yourself some time, undue stress and money..BUYER BEWARE, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES THEY SELL. My husband and I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass for our daughter, 23k. The vehicle started having issues with the headlights 1 day later. The problem was electrical. The repairman has stated to us that he feels the car was submerged in water at some point. We have spent thousands trying to get the problem fixed. Spoke with a lemon law attorney after numerous attempts to reach and settle with the dealership, emailed Rod Johnson and spoke with his asst. as well. They never responded to our calls or emails. This is not the type of business you want to do business with.

Hands down, “Tee” Henderson is fantastic! He’s not pushy or intimidating, he really listens and is kind and considerate. He certainly doesn’t have the normal “overbearing car salesman ego” that most do. Every single person we met in every department was super friendly, knowledgeable and great conversationalists. I wish all of my past vehicle buying experiences had been this pleasant, then maybe I wouldn’t have always DREADED entering a car dealership! I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a beautiful Yukon Denali! This is my first GM product to own but it won’t be my last. If you are in the market to buy a vehicle, it would be well worth your time to try and deal with these folks. Kudos to everyone! Keep up the good work! ??
