Store is also a Neighborhood U-haul Dealer and the business is listed as open on Saturdays from 10-6. They have a sign for if you booked a U-Haul, to text the number. Business was closed at 4:30 and no one responded to the calls/texts. Extremely poor service. If you can't handle operating an additional business, then you simply shouldn't be in business. Complaints submitted to U-haul as well.
