This place is a scam. They are charging you for things that they said are free and pocketing the money. When I called customer service they could only find half of what my card was charged. Be careful going here. THEY ARE POCKETING THE MONEY!!!

I went in to this location on 1/23/21 to get a new phone. While I was looking at the phones an employee came to help me choose one. I told him multiple time I had to have gorilla glass and picture in picture. I must have said this to him at least 10 times. I asked him once again at the register. He said he forgot to check, Checked on the computer while I was standing there and said yes. I dropped the phone two days later and the screen is shattered. I went in tonight to see what they could do for me. His reply was I should get the insurance and tell them I shattered it and pay another $60 for the deductible. He actually has the nerve to tell me that he suggested I get the insudance at purchase. I thought about pointing out to him that what he was telling me to do was fraud against the insurance but since he is willing to lie to a customers face at the point of purchase., I doubted this would bother him. My suggestion is that you go to any other tmoble location out ship online.

I was from out of town and my phone was seriously in need of replacing. I went to this location about 30 minutes before closing. One of the staff never even looked up from his computer screen. The employee that "helped" me only seemed to want me to select a more expensive phone than I could afford. I told him what model I had researched and wanted only to be told the model was not available.

Very good store. Another store had made big complicated mistake and I spent 5 hrs and 3 calls with customer service, who promised that the mistake was fixed when it wasn't. I came into this store and was greeted and taken care of with such understanding and patience. Tania and her Mgr were amazing and super caring. I've always liked coming into this storem they know how to show customer appreciation. Thanks guys!
