Michaels has gone downhill. Everything is much more expensive than it used to be. A frame that is only worth 8 to 10 bucks it's like 15 to 16 bucks. In this location particularly my son wanted to buy a bag of chips and pretty much the entire rack was expired for the last 3 months. When it comes to snacks and stuff I wouldn't come here because you might get sick.

I still like it, but not loving the new design it looks more standardized. I kind of miss how you could see new random things. Now it's feels more commercial cookie cutter. Feels like it's more catered to kids which is fine, but it used to have more.

My son loves to paint so I come to Michaels pretty often to get painting supplies. It really gets my creative juices going and I leave with all kinds of ideas of things I want to do in the future, if only I had the time. I personally am not a fan of self check-outs but I know a lot of companies are going that way. Other than that, the services is always pretty good.

The store is near and tidy. The music is at a respectable volume. Their silk flower selection is minimal, however their frame selection is plentiful.

Had a great experience with Erica at the McKinney location at 75 and 380. My phone fritzed on the vouchers and she typed all the super long numbers by hand. With a big grin for me. Vouchers are the best! And do it Erica!

We went to find some leather stuff. And we did finally find it, but it was almost twice the price as @ hobby lobby for the same things. Although on other things there was a lot more selection. It was a bit overwhelming. We did find some clearance stuff that was a good find.
