I normally never write reviews but oh my LORD. The people working here are so unprofessional and unqualified. I was supposed to get my stitches removed and I booked my appointment 3 days beforehand and did like 5 different check ins since a day prior only to find out that the “nurse” was not qualified to remove the edges of the stitches. Not only it was a complete waste of time but the ATTITUDE they gave me was beyond. The possibly Nigerian woman was the WORST. Extremely rude. I deal with people all of the time because of my job and it just amazes me how little human empathy, manners and respect these people provide to their customers. DO NOT COME HERE and don’t waste your time.

The nurse practitioner today was so FANTASTIC with my girls. Both of them got their Covid boosters and my older one got her flu vaccine too. She was wonderful, she engaged with them, and made them feel seen. Anyone who has this kind of bedside manner with my kids gets 5 stars no matter what.I feel like people get annoyed with the automatic cancellations because of the automated system. It says on the website that you need to get to the location 5 minutes prior to your visit to check in. After that, it will automatically cancel your appointment. It happens to us today. The appointment for one of our daughters was cancelled, while the other one we were 15 minutes early for. She was still able to fit us into her schedule. Since all of the paperwork for both appointments could be done simultaneously, and both girls are very good at getting shots.

They don't care about the patient. Only if you want a Covid test or Covid vaccine, otherwise they want nothing to do with you. As soon as I said no to the Covid test and that I didn't have the vaccine I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. They took my blood pressure 3 times - on the exact same arm all within 15 minutes of each time and couldn't understand the numbers still being high. Absolutely ridiculous cost of almost $200 with nothing to show for it other than chicken soup and mucinex, when my chest isn't congested my throat, sinuses and ears hurt. They don't care and want instead to just give lectures on masks and Covid.

Vans is not very nice, actually quite unpleasant. But Ryan was the best. Spent a lengthy amount of time educating me.Update:Do not go! They charged me 185 for GU/UTI. I thought it would include the testing. Now I got a bill from Quest for the labs done. Another 160. Why do they separate the visit fees by complaint if the labs are not adjusted in the fee? It is deceptive.

Experience at this clinic was sub-par. After seeing the first nurse, we had to wait for the NP to administer a blood draw TB test for 40 additional minutes only to be told blood draws must be done at a lab. Really? How about some communication between nurse 1 and nurse 2. We thought this would be quick and easy - not so much. Save your time and go to a regular physician. Nowhere near properly staffed - by the time we left an hour later, at least 8 people were waiting. Lucky us, we now get to make an additional trip to the lab...

They are open till 19:30 but take appointments only till 19:00. No walk-ins are also allowed. So if you need any care go well before 1900 hours. In my opinion at least 30 minutes before if you need to see the doctor.

I absolutely loved Nurse Practitioner Martha! She was fantastic! She was fun--even funny!--easy to talk to, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I felt heard, understood, and she even answered some random health questions I had at the moment. I highly recommend her!Additionally, this is my third visit to a CVS MinuteClinic in the last 6-7 weeks. I've been terribly sick with persistent bronchitis as a result of my asthma being worse thanks to Texas allergies. (I'm originally from Iowa.) All of my visits have been fantastic with all NPs being just as thorough and considerate as Martha.Signing up for an appointment is so easy and convenient from the CVS app, and the whole process and appointment itself are significantly less time-consuming than going to Urgent Care. There you wait forever, and the doctors are not nearly as compassionate nor considerate. I usually avoid going to Urgent Cares for that very reason! Now that I've discovered how convenient, affordable, and friendly CVS MinuteClinics are, I much prefer going to them and will in the future (although I hope to be over this asthma soon and be healthy again lol).So here's to Martha in McKinney (Stacy Rd) and Sherri & Christina in Little Elm (FM 423). Thanks you for taking such good care of me during this difficult illness, and also thank you to the nurses who took care of me before I visited with Sherri and Christina in Little Elm. You are all fantastic health care providers!

The reviews are pretty harsh on this location, but my experience was good. Didn’t have to wait but a couple minutes after my appointment time, and the nurse practitioner was very helpful and nice. Overall a decent trip to the minute clinic. ?

The worst minute clinic center I have seen so far. 15 minutes health checkup took one hour and I am getting unnecessary bills which should be free of cost as per insurance. It seems the person woking here needs some proper training.

Martha was super helpful and seemed very concerned. She listened to all of my symptoms and was very kind. It was a really great experience.

They close at 7:30 and take appointments until then. I walked in at 7:15 and asked if I could get tested for strep. There were no other patients waiting. The lady said we are closed and I asked if they changed it since their wall still said 7:30. Another lady spoke up and said they were opened BUT I had to get a negative Covid test before I could get tested for strep there. What the hell? Don’t they do Covid tests at CVS? Obviously they both were just trying to get out of seeing me but seriously? Also the fact that I had to go to another place to receive a negative Covid test before they would even consider seeing me?I’ll only go to Carenow from now on.
