There is a person there named Ray that says no Vistors and approached me unexpectedly and violently telling me “No Vistors”. This person works at this Motel 6 and without notice as I am trying to leave he scoffs and disrespects a visitor that was trying to visit a friend that currently lives there and overpays for a room. I am furious!!!!

Went to pick up my friend who was in from out of town, as SOON as my hand touched the door to knock she got a call from front desk saying she needed to leave immediately for violating policy on not allowing visitors. She does not smoke or do drugs, but she had her dog with her that was the only thing I can think of that would have made the guy angry. I was given a trespass and forced to leave.

I stayed in room #209 indefinitely, sold home and lease was up in apartment in Downtown McKinney, moving back to Florida Soon, the staff and Management are very nice and very helpful and informative, if your in need for anything they immediately take care of your request, I will definitely stay here again if I come back to this area and I highly recommend anyone looking for a room in this area although there are many choices I recommend Motel 6 in Mckinnry to be your first! Thanks Again for a great stay

Do NOT come here whatsoever. The place and customer service is absolutely disgusting. The whole experience was a disaster. Whoever the bald black man is that works in the front had a horrible attitude from the start. When I arrived to check in he told me my room was not clean and I’d have to come back and when I told him the lady on the phone said check in was at 2, he said “ okay well then I’ll just cancel the reservation “ and that started a MESS. After getting THAT taken care of we seen our room and it was infested with roaches of all sizes. I seen one crawl under the fridge upon arrival and when removing the fridge (I took a video and plenty of pictures) 4 more came crawling out then more under tables, baby ones on the wall and some in the bathroom tub. DISGUSTING! They brought us a can of raid when we made a complaint. We moved hotels IMMEDIATELY.

For a sudden need to stop and sleep, it was great! I believe with more customers, more money!, this place could get the upgrades and quality products other motels6's have. It just needs a little TLC. It was a good night's sleep and the room was very clean. So cleanliness is the #1 priority on my list of good stays. It located near gas stations, and restaurants. The basics when traveling and needing a sudden place to rest ypur head. Would stay again if the opportunity arrives. Thank you to all staff

I would give the room a zero if I could. Looks nothing like the website. Manager has bogus pet policies that do not exist on the website.
The room looks like it was falling apart, with poorly patched holes and a ceiling about to fall down in the bathroom.
Dirty carpets and walls, the whole floor smelled of smoke, and the ice machine was broken. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. One of the worst Motel 6s I've ever stayed in.

Room was nasty. Dog hair and stains all over the covers. Dog hair was even on and inside the fridge. Tub and towels had stains all over them. The whole place smelled like urine. This hotel is infested with begbugs and roaches. Druggies all over the place. The door to my room would not lock and Jackie the gm was very very rude. Do not I repeat do not stay here. I would rather sleep behind a dumpster than at this place.

Thank you guys so much for allowing us to bring our dogs into the motel. We came down from the Texas panhandle to visit family and are so grateful that you guys made it so easy to bring our pets.

This place smelled like animal urine when you walked into the lobby. Horrible smells everywhere. Stayed in room 201. The heater did not work at all. As the night got colder the room also got colder. Before the room was given to us staff left the windows open with the curtained covered so when I got to the room we didn’t know the window was open. We tried calling the front desk several times on the phone but no one ever answered come to find out the phone line was faulty and didn’t work. Before I went down to speak to front desk and the manager about this I noticed roaches all over the food I had just purchased the night before. Had to throw it all away. When I tried to address this with the front desk and manager the manager became rude and refused to do anything about it saying I should’ve come downstairs and addressed it at 3 in the morning. I’m sorry I’m already being inconvenienced with the room they gave me I’m not going to inconvenience myself even more to come downstairs in my pajamas just to get another broken roach infested room. Manager refused to make it right. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with people who don’t care and sleep with the roaches.

Stayed there one night and was very disgusted with one of the beds. The comforter had stains and on of the pillow cases looked like they have not been changed in weeks.

DO NOT STAY!!! Owner was ruthless didn't care about employees or customers he's very homophobic u can't sit outside and get some fresh air without the owner coming out yelling telling people to go in and it isn't allowed to sit outside. Housekeepers are VERY VERY SHADY DO NOT keep personal items in ur room housekeepers are pill addicts and steal everything. One of the housekeepers stole my food stamp card and stole $400 off of it!!
