Alan helped with my purchase of my new vehicle and he did an amazing job of making the process easy and as pain free as possible. Everyone there, including Alan, was very nice and friendly as well.

I have been shopping for a vehicle for a while and drove to this location, as I arrived at the dealership greeted by salesperson Josh, showed me the car I wanted, we drove it around, he explained about the pathfinder I decided to get the car. Ethan the other guy (the used car department ) made the process easier and faster. Both are very personable and knowledgeable .Also at the finance department I met another great guy the business manager David greeted us explain everything.I had a great experience with the entire team. If you are looking for a new or used car go see them! You won’t be disappointed

Unfortunately, I was on hold 3 times for a total of 20 minutes trying to get to Service. Dropped my car and waited for someone to assist me. I finally said I'm here for my appointment loudly to be recognized. I had requested a shuttle when I made my appointment. It wasn't available so they called an Uber. They said it was taken care of, and I was billed $58 on the invoice ( I will be calling to get this credited). Husband went to pick it up and he waited to be recognized. Three service people were talking in the corner. I'm very happy with the work. The mechanics deserve service reps who want to work there. Either Nissan needs to do more training or pay them better. Not impressed with customer service.

I typically do not write reviews, but considering the beyond unprofessionalism, non-communicativepractices, and extremely long time it has taken to get my situation taken care of I felt I would be lessthan human to not warn the community about this business...I took my vehicle to this location to havethe transmission repaired at the beginning of August. After several attempts to communicate I went upto the dealership to find out what was going on. WELL, when I get there, I found out my vehicle hadbeen crashed into by one of the dealership's vendors which damaged the entire front passenger fenderand side of the bumper. When I question why no one had informed me that my vehicle was wreckedthey were very nonchalant in their responses and told me they would fix the damage without chargingme a deductible like they were doing me a favor...fast forward to today...my vehicle is still at their bodyshop and repairs have not begun because they claim to be waiting to get approval from their vendor'sauto insurance. I have tried to speak with the general manager on multiple occasions. The website saysa David Kelley as the general manager who is either is NEVER there or refuses to address the issues withthis business. Their receptionist told me she did not know where his office is located...?.This is the worst experience I have ever had. From August to now nothing has been done.

The team at Nissan of McKinney were extremely nice and helpful. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they were able to provide it. They were not pushy and did not try to get us to buy or add on things we were not looking for. Our car salesman, Alex, was down to earth and answered all of our questions and provided us with the exact vehicle we were looking for. The entire process was fast and easy. We have never had a smoother, easier, friendlier car buying experience before. They have a customer that will be returning for future car purchases. They made us feel like a part of the Nissan Family.

I had a great buying experience with salesperson ,Keleigh Axelrod, and pre-owned vehicle manager, Zac. They were both very helpful, polite, professional and accommodating. I had a very smooth negotiation process where I feel I received a very honest trade-in and buying offer.Also, the 2020 model car that I bought was spotless with very low miles. It looks like it came off the new car lot! I'm 1 week out with the car and I still love it!I highly recommend Nissan of McKinney.

If I could give this rating a ZERO I would! The service department at this place is the absolute WORST I have ever witnessed as a car owner. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! My husband had to get his car towed due to the 6th time the battery died. Since this dealership is the closest, we went here. All they wanted to do was do a diagnostic and try to have us pay for it, we absolutely refused and all we wanted was them to do was finally replace the battery of a 2021 new car with only 10,000 miles on it. No one knows what the other is doing there, it is mind blowing!!! You text, no response or vague response. Sarena the lady he was working with was all nice, until she realized we were not paying for anything and went completely ghost, could not get a hold of her again!!! We would call, be put on hold, oh and hung up on many times. They had our car from Thursday until today for a battery, we kept having to follow-up with them if it was completed. Spoke to a guy this afternoon, who said he would find out and call us back, never heard a word, just a text that it would be ready this afternoon. The car buying experience may be good, but do not use them for service, you will find yourself frustrated and confused.

This is my first time buying a Nissan look round becoming lost my old car in car crash and went to few places look at Nissan I couldn’t find none still took the drive to. McKinney at this dealership. Was look round the sale guy MUNTY stop me ask what was I looking for? Today tell him look for my frist Nissan car he show me this one in the picture I like it so much at first, I wasn’t gonna buy it because it was so much for the car and everything then Munty did his best to give me this car for the best car payment and lower the car price to this my 3 time buy a car been thought dealerships before lot them try push me to get new car not a use a car but munty made me feel appreciate happy was so helpful never had someone like munty try so hard make his customers happy make sure everything ready for u drive off with no problem with car or anything. Definitely will tell people shop at Nissan McKinney ask for munty he best salesman ever had make sure tell people go Nissan of McKinney

The service was excellent. Nadine Said was courteous and sharp. She did an amazing job and was one of the best service I have received buying a car. I did not feel like I was being hustled. The whole process went smoothly and I would certainly recommend Nissan of Mckinney because of her excellent service.

Today, my husband & I went here to purchase our 16 year old daughter her 1st car. We did preliminary paperwork & the credit check online but went in to test drive & sign all the documents for purchase. Malik Bullock (sales rep.) David Benitez (finance guy), Sameena Michelle (service) and Lucas (didn't get his last name, but he went over our final checklist). All of these people were outstanding! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This was the easiest & fastest car buying process we'd ever experienced. We will definitely refer people to them. They took great care of us!

I always buy my cars from Nissan of McKinney! My sales rep Julio was the best! He listened to me, he didn’t hassle me, and was very upfront. If you ever go to Nissan of McKinney be sure to ask for Julio! I have bought 5 cars from there and he has given me the best experience!

Extremely please with McKinney Nissan’s service. I have been there twice so far for some trivial services for my Nissan Rogue. But the way they related to me was like I was a life long customer. I will definitely buy my next car there. It will be a great gift for my daughter both the car and the relationship to this service center

I am recently widowed and my husband used to handle the arrangements for regular maintenance on our Nissan vehicles. Michael Riffe from your service department made me feel so welcome and knew exactly what needed to be done for my car. This gave me the comfort and reassurance I needed as I make this difficult transition in my life. Michael is a genuine blessing!

Very pleased with service. Mike dealt with the warranty company and got everything taken care of. There was a little mix-up on the final invoice, but it was promptly taken care of. No complaints. Highly recommend Nissan of McKinney! :-)

Had my vehicle serviced on 8/31 and had a great experience as always. Service is always timely and professional. Love that they wash your vehicle. On 9/1, on my way to work I hit something on the highway and flattened my tire. I could not find the lock to remove my rims and a gentleman from Nissan was there is less than 10 minutes with a lock. Stanton got me in and out with a new tire in under an hour. This has been the best customer service at your dealership. Thank you again.
