North Texas Escape Rooms offers a thrilling and immersive experience for visitors. The game masters, such as Ashton and Jayda, are praised for their friendly and helpful demeanor, making the experience enjoyable for first-time and returning guests alike. While the overall experience is reported as positive, with guests often signing up for additional rooms, some technical issues with the rooms' technology have been noted as a minor drawback. However, the variety of rooms, including the "Principal's Office," and the challenging yet rewarding nature of the puzzles have made for a memorable time for groups of all ages. Despite a few instances of less-than-ideal customer service from certain staff members, the management and other game attendants, such as Michael, have been commended for their efforts in ensuring a great experience for visitors. North Texas Escape Rooms is a popular destination for a fun mid-day activity or a unique date night.

Lots of fun! My 8 & 11 year old kids and I did the Principal's Office escape room with Seth as our game master. He gave great clues that kept us on track! He was also patient with my kids and all their questions beforehand.
