They provide me excellent quality care. From clearly communicate to me before my ride as to when they will be there to pick me up. When they arrive they are always friendly and care about my safety. Helping me with boarding the vehicle and caring for my mobility equipment. I myself love to chat with drivers on the way to my visit and have found them very friendly and down to earth yet respectful and polite. When I arrive at my destination they help me unload and we communicate about when and how I am going to be picked up. Most of the time I have the same driver pick me up so I am welcome to call on their cell phone to tell them I am ready. They always make sure I get home safely. My ability to get back and forth to my appointments have become stress-free thanks to them I have been using them every week for the past 3-4 months they have really made a difference in my comfortability and my attitude thank ya so much look forward to continue to use ur services

I am glad to have found Obikel Transportation service.
It’s hard to find reliable bariatric Medical Transport services. Obi and his staff have never delivered me late to an appointment. Sometimes there can be problems waiting for the after-appointment ride home, but this is a common issue in the messy Dallas/Rockwall Traffic environment. Obi services his customers with top quality equipment and I intend to use his company for the foreseeable future.

Today 5/15/2025 it took them 4 1/2 hours to pick my wife up after her doctors appointment. Two days ago it took them
2 1/2 hours after her doctors appointment. NEVER use this company’s services is my advice to “everyone” And it’s not at any fault of the drivers. They are only what they are dispatched to do. Dallas, Tx.

Reckless driving from license plate SCD1362 in Dallas during peak rush hour. Sudden lane changes without signaling, cutting others off, sudden hard stops, speeding, and the changing of multiple lanes at once. Once again, during PEAK rush hour in DALLAS. The driver here clearly needs defensive driving and should not be trusted to drive any individual. They are lucky everyone else around them were trying to be careful.

I do not recommend. Expects payment way before service and if you call and tell them you will pay until after the service, they will just not show up leaving you stranded without warning. Other companies do not operate like this. Hire at your own risk.

We had the worst experience today with a female driver she was the rudest person I ever had to deal with she would not communicate with us when I tried to tell her how to position my son which is a 5”11 quadriplegic she ignored me and still did it her way it got worse because I had to hold my son so he wouldn’t hurt his neck from her riding the bumps to fast I had to take off my seatbelt she got mad stop the van and made us sit and wait 15 to 20 mins while she got out and talked on the phone I argued with her and she switched it up and said it was us. She had zero respect for us but I can say the first drive that pick us up was a awesome person he was respectful and made sure my son was comfortable

I love this company! It's my favorite, and only request. Obi has a immaculate team, and they're excellent drivers that are on time, every time.The drivers, are always nice, and friendly. They get me to my appointments safe, and on time. They arrive, and pick me up at the time they say, they say they'll be there. They always have great Customer Service, and my conversations with them are great. The drivers go beyond others I've experienced. They are courteous. They help me from their vehicle without asking. They also make sure you have everything before they leave. I chose this company because my first day being picked up was safe! I didn't get nauseated from the drive like I had with previous drivers from other companies, or almost have wrecks on route to my appointments, or on route to my home. I feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe with this company. When I met Obi, I didn't know he was the owner of he company. He was so nice, and humble. When he told me his name, it made me feel like I he was God sent. And beyond safe! I tell him all the time, is Obi-Wan Kenobi is my only hope!lol IF YOU REQUEST HIS COMPANY OBI WILL BE THERE. Obi there.lol you won't be disappointed requesting his company.
