I highly recommend ooh la la!!!I bring my dogs here for their nails to get trimmed and they are always great with my babies. They do a fantastic job and make it quick as my dogs don’t like getting their nails done.

They were awesome! Got my guinea pigs in and got their nails trimmed and helped with some issues as they are special needs animals. They are knowledgeable and really care about their clients. Definitely my go to leave from now on

Amazing cut and service! Best Persian grooming we have found. We drive 20 minutes and it’s 100% worth it!

I highly recommend Ooh La La. I have taken my dog there several times for walk in nail trims. It's always easy and a great price. And they REALLY take great care of my girl. She's soooo nervous to get her nails done and they are so sweet with her. They always take their time and I can hear how sweetly they talk to her. I went in today and looked back and one of the staff had her arm around her. It was so sweet. Highly recommend them. My dog is 60 lbs and it's only $16. Great price and they do a great job. Thanks so much y'all!

Absolutely wonderful with my strong af cry-baby wiener-pit mutt getting a 10-minute pedicure. Patient. Fearless. STRONG. I appreciate your service and will be back. Thank you.

This place is horrible - needs to be reported and closed down! They slashed a big cut in my pup and gave them "poodle paws"! I don't own a poodle Read all the reviews- plenty of nightmare stories!

I got my long haired cat groomed here in October 2021 and they did a fantastic job! I love that they have a cat-only day, my cat was much less stressed than when he’s gone to other grooming centers. See pictures attached (one before, two after) to see their great work!

NEVER AGAIN! I have used Ooh La La for the past 8 months or so, for my 6 lb Yorkie. For the most part they have done a good to decent job--although I was somewhat chastised for not brushing my dog frequently enough... HOWEVER, this past week as my dog and I were leaving, another Yorkie that had been being groomed BOLTED OUT THE FRONT DOOR, and ran across busy Virginia Avenue--4 lanes of traffic!!!! The groomer chased after it, followed by another lady. I couldn't bear to watch this scene unfold as I was certain the poor dog was going to get hit by a car. By the time I got my dog latched in and pulled out of the parking lot, I saw the second woman still running after the other groomer and the dog--about a block away. It was a HORRIFYING experience! This was after I observed the same groomer pulling the back of the same dog's neck (like you would scruff a cat) in order to keep it still so she could trim its face. When she saw that I was watching her, she released her grip. That kind of restraint is NOT okay for a dog, nor is allowing it to escape the salon. I will NEVER take my precious pup back there again! Cannot recommend!

I don't like this place and it's mostly because of the lady at the front desk. We have used this place before and I had a similar experience. Our regular grooming place wasn't available and we really needed our dogs groomed. We made an appointment at 10:30 am. I dropped my 2 small dogs off and told them how I wanted them groomed. The lady at the front desk was okay but seemed like she was annoyed that I was taking up her time. I left to run some errands and wait for them to call and let me know they were ready. At 1pm I still hadn't heard anything so I called. I asked if they were close to being done because I had to go to work. She said "no one told me there was a time schedule with this grooming". Really? It's been almost 3 hours and my dogs were not finished. She then said she would try to get finished. I then said I will come by at 2:30 because I have to go to work. I came back at 2:30 (now 4 hours after I dropped them off) and picked them up. The front desk lady didn't say "sorry for the delay" or acknowledge that it took 4 hours. She is one of those people who really rub you the wrong way and don't seem to care about the customers. Also.... They didn't listen to how I wanted them groomed. Not a big deal, but they made the dogs head "poofy". I specifically said "no poof". I wanted an even, short cut for both dogs, but they didn't listen to me. Last thing.... They put the doggie neckerchiefs on too tight also, I had to cut them off when I got home. Again, it was mostly the lady at the front desk. Because of her, I won't come back.

The receptionist was quite rude, I explained that my dog hadn't had a grooming in a while so I was expecting him to be pretty short at pickup. He looked good initially, then shortly after getting home I realized they shaved his male area so rough that the poor guy has over licking and wanting to go out a lot more than usual but I wasn't finding a turd, didn't think much else and left for school pickup, when I returned there was runny poo in several piles and he was still over licking. I called to ask if he had been given anything, they assured me no but then went on to say that they would note not to give him any treats "next time" I also asked about his male area seeming bothersome and the receptionist mentioned this was "normal". It was not normal, my guy was bad for over a week, I had to baby his area with ointment and baby onesies. Just NO. I don't know why we were treated badly at reception, I was asked to tip before I even saw my dog, and the lack of compassion and care for my dog being I'll and in discomfort after their services is the reason I will not be going back or recommending this place. Stay away.
