First stop was at NAPA- snd they don't scan customer cars anymore. Great customer service! Young man scanned my car, provided the code print out and gave me options. Very friendly and polite. Go here!

This store is HORRIBLE!! I needed a part & Josh told me they did not have it in stock; but, he could order one, which would be there by 4:30pm same day. When I called to check if the part had arrived, I was told that it had not & they would have to put the order in again. WHAT??? Then, the guy told me that the wrong part was ordered. Is this how O'Reilly does business? I did try to get it at Auto Zone; but, they don't even sell it.??Then, when I called back to check on everything, they would put me on hold & not come back for several minutes. I asked for a phone number for the District Manager & Anthony gave me a number to an office in Houston. I asked what other store might have it & Mel told me 2 stores in Garland; but, they would not have them delivered until next day at 2:30pm. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Today I had the displeasure of meeting unhelpful and difficult Matt. I went to O'Reilly's on 380/University in McKinney this afternoon to get a quart of oil. This has become a yearly ritual with my 2005 BMW 530 with high miles. The past few I gone to this location. I usually give the helpful clerk the year, make, and model, they escort me to he oil section, I pay (after military discount), the clerk adds the oil to my car, and I am on my way. This time Matt insisted I take a picture of my license plate to input in the computer and get the engine size. He aggressively kept insisting I take a photo of the information about my cars engine for future use (I still have the dealer window sticker from 2005 and all the manuals). He then told me the oil weight and where to find it. I asked if he would put the oil in. Matt immediately said they don't do that. With a puzzled look, I asked if the store changed ownership or policy to which Matt replied, no. Matt offered, "Topping off wasn't done for lability reasons". I explained to him I usually have the oil added at this location by the clerk with no issue. He then stated, "It's up to the individual". I said, "Oh so yooooou don't want to do it? With a blank stare and raised brow Matt simply said, "Well...I did an about face, got in my car, and drove next door to Valvoline. Terrell and Jacques were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I explained the issue. Jacques checked the oil, topped me off, I paid, and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.Note: The store was empty. I was the only customer.America is the home of the free because of the BRAVE!!!

Always friendly and helpful and answer any questions you have! If they are unable to answer they do their best to help you find a good place to try other than them! It has a terrific atmosphere and is a great place to shop for all your parts needs! Would definitely recommend, the top three parts stores!

The staff is friendly, and they're able to help you out to the best of their abilities. If you're looking for a specific part, look online first before going out. Their online store is on point and will direct you to the correct O'Reilly if you need the part immediately.

They have such a helpful and willing to go the extra mile staff. At the end of the day, this company seems to hire really good people, who make O’Reilly’s look good. This place is for Millionaires. One tiny electrical piece just shy of a hundred dollars. Advanced Auto for an OEM part was $ 22.78 Still like the techs,, just can't deal with a company that really wants to stick it to ya!!
