I want to give a special shoutout to Ayanna Allen, the Resident Services Specialist. I had a few concerns recently and she went above and beyond to assist me. She was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly, Ayanna's help made a big difference.
I'm a resident at Parkside at Craig Ranch Apartments and have been truly enjoying being here. The amenities are excellent, community is huge and my apartment is comfortable and well-maintained. Any maintenance complaints are being addressed within a day or two..!!

I wanted to lease an apartment and reached out the leasing office. Ayanna Allen was very friendly and she addressed all my questions, made the visit a pleasant one. It’s a good community with a lot of amenities and thanks to Ayanna Allen once again :)

I had gotten busy and forgot to change the batteries in my keypad to get into my apartment, which then died leading to me being locked out. Within two minutes of putting in the request, Siuyes Yipez was at my door! He not only replaced the batteries in less than two minutes and got me back into my apartment, but also fixed my loose door handle while he was there. He was so kind and professional, I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!

I had the pleasure of touring with Grace yesterday. She was so helpful and answered every single question i had. She never got annoyed with the thousands of questions i hit her with, she answered every question with ease. She made me feel comfortable and truly made the experience smooth. Thank You Grace !!!!

I cannot say how happy I am with the maintenance team at Parkside at Craig Ranch. From day one this group has been the essence of team work and go above and beyond each time. There was some work that needed to be done in my apartment and David J was nothing but stellar in coordinating the repairs and different vendors.. During critical moments in my life, David led his team in the most amazing and professional manner, many times having to reschedule work orders. Not once was there ever a complaint or that things be done a certain way just pleasant smiles, courteousness and lots of empathy. I have lived in many places and the maintenance team here is nothing but the best! Thank you David.

Parkside at Craig Ranch is THE best apartment community to live in. Located in the most convenient place in McKinney, right next to the now famous 121 iconic restaurants, concert facility, and prime entertainment. Parkside is managed by BH Management, and they go the extra mile to host engaging events for all of the community to enjoy, including a variety of the best food trucks around. The leasing office staff is beyond cordial, kind, helpful, and receptive to the needs of every single resident in an altruistic manner. The maintenance team is efficient and their hard work is definitely seen and acknowledged by all residents. Sergio Kaakedgian, Siuyes, and the rest of the maintenance team always go above and beyond to provide impeccable work. Julie, Melissa, Alexis, and the entire staff put endless hours into providing the best, and all of you are the best! Thank you all for your time, attention, and dedication to service for our community. Your impact improves the lives and wellbeing of all your residents, daily. It is an honor to take part of the Parkside at Craig Ranch family.

I submitted an emergency maintenance ticket and Rafael, Mario and Cj was here within 20 minutes. I had surgery and needed my bathtub working for post op care and was worried I would have to go all night without a working tub. They resolved my issue with ease and made my night that much better. Amazing customer service.
