So we are picking up a Penski truck for a move. They do not have any of them on the premises. They come from Garland. You need to make an appointment and if you are early expect to wait or be told to come back. I was not the only person who was early. So be aware.

So far this experience has been good. There customer service on the phone has been great with setting up the reservation and able to change it. This is a corporate answering system I'm sure. Now the customer service at the actual location is fair. Checked in and let's just say check your insurance policy before you say no. Andrew did great but needs inform his customers more overall . Bob the GM is a man that wants to argue with you and with himself. And then watched me hook up my car to the trailer with not a word of help. Once I made my point he rushed me right out the door as fast as he could with the word's whatever let's get you out of here. Truck pulls like hell to the right. Must not test drive. But has cruise control much needed. I will use penske again. But not the one in McKinney.
