Wrong phone number. Melissa location kept me on phone for 10min and won’t deliver to me claiming Trinity Falls is over 5 miles big when it’s a total of 8.2 miles away. Pathetic service.

this is the worst pizza i've ever gotten from here. we ordered this and it came cold and HARD. it looks and feels like day old pizza.... are you kidding me?? i also ordered the wings and THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED???? this is an 8 count??? i tried calling the store and it rang and rang until hung up.. i tried to call corporate and NO ANSWER. i want a refun

This place is garbage. My order was an hour late, stale, cold and disgusting. The delivery driver kept me at the door to harass me about adopting a dog. I was told I was getting a refund which I didn’t, I have called and called and no one ever picks up the phone and it just hangs up on me. I want the refund I was promised. Guess I’ll drive up there and and be mad in person. Thanks Pizza Hut.

Ordered Delivery and was sent the wrong king of pizza. Called to have the correct one redelivered and Eddie the manager stated he would give a credit for the next order, but they where to busy to resend the correct food and he couldn't do refunds. When conversation got more heated he hung up on me when I asked how was my wife going to eat. I went up to the location and he said the phone conversation was recorded. I said good Im glad it will be easier for me to show how you respond. Prior I did tell him I wanted a refund for the delivery cause I was now having to come to the store to get the correct pizza and he said no he would not do that. I told him I will see him in a few minutes and he said just remember when you come take it easy. Now I never threaten this man or stated anything about doing any action to them except report to the corporate office. He told me at the store he was told by his manager that no refunds would be given no matter what and would give me a credit for the one pizza for next orders. He then said I would have to talk to his manager and when I asked for the number he stated you will have to come here tomorrow in person. I said then give me Corporate's phone number and he said you can look it up online if you want it. I told him he was horrible as a manager and he stated no I'm not but if they want to fire me tomorrow then that's fine with me they can. You can talk to them and if they want to fire me tomorrow they can I don't care. I have a new guy in the kitchen and we are short staff and too busy. During this time one employee is standing next to him just listening and others going in and out of the back room to the kitchen not once seeing someone wearing gloves or washing their hands. One employee had large amount of hair and no hair net or cap, while working in the kitchen. I then wait to see how busy they were and the manger sat and talked to two different employees at the front waving his hands and not doing anything productive. I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered but this manager really is frustrated with his job and treats customers like crap. The food safety policies are not being followed and they are doing what ever to try to stay ahead. There is no management of the store. The picture of the pizza is the one they got right but had ham as a topping, crumbles is on this one. The prize we have to pay now this is not expectable.

Placed my order online with estimated time of delivery 45-55 minutes ,waited 2 hours and recieved nothing, called them and was told "sorry theres no in house driver and i dont have cooked the order very sorry its canceled bye bye" Very dissapointed, needed dinner for my wife and kid.

The man on the phone rushed me through my order and kept complaining how they are short staff. Not my problem. However when I ordered he kept putting in my card info wrong saying it was declined when it was not. Then costumers came in so he placed me on hold after that he got back on the phone and rushed through my order again and didn't even give me enough time to add sauce. Crazy how the wings don't come with ranch or pizza don't come with free Parmesan cheese! !!! Insane I'll just buy a store brought pizza next time! Never again and super over priced! Ordered my food at 9:26pm and it was charged on my card and it is now 11pm and called no one picked up no food delivered!!! Do not I repay do not waste your money here! Had to file a dispute!!! Sad!!!

Don't order here. They use door dash and the food is cold when delivered. It's picked up and delivered 45 mins to an hour later. Stay away.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery of ONE pizza and finally gave up. No one answered the phone. Still haven't heard from anyone and it has been 11 hours. I will take my business elsewhere. Permanently.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I've ordered from here a few times now and every time I order I am completely dissatisfied. My first order was delivery. I was quoted it would be delivered in the time frame of 45 min. I didn't receive my order until 2 hours later. When I called to cancel the order they weren't able to refund me and said I'd have to go through customer support. I didn't wanna do all that for some pizza so I continued to wait for the order. I should've never ordered after that but decided to give them another try because I figured maybe they were just really busy that day. My next order I did delivery as well except this time I called and placed my order instead of their online service. Waited over 2 hours and when I tried to call the store to cancel and just refund me they didn't pick up. So I had no choice but to wait it out. Long story short if you love cold pizza and long delivery times this is your spot! Smh

If I could select a no star, I would. This location is terrible. We order for delivery and waited almost 2 hours over the quoted time frame, then when I called we still had to go pick it up. Then the next time I ordered it took about an hour past time given. Was given a credit because the pizza was cold from being out on delivery for almost an hour. Called a few weeks later to use the credit and when the delivery driver delivered, he said there was no credit and we had to pay cash. I told him we had a credit and the manager even said when we ordered, so he left with the pizzas and had nothing. No I don't have dinner and they are trying to claim they can't give me money back only a credit. Like I want another credit from them.. save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else!

I wouldn't give this Pizza Hut 1 star!! Ordered online 2 pizzas and wings. Was told 20 mins. After an hour we called to see if they could find us and no answer. Was on hold then a busy signal was all we got. Called about 10 times. Realized we were not going to get our pizza. I gave them my debit card so checked our account and the money came came out. I'm now going to keep an eye on my account to make such I don't have other purchases on my account I didn't make because they have all my info. No customer should ever have to worry about this at a Pizza Hut or anywhere else. Thank you for no supper and the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant!!!!!!!

This location could use some training on customer service. I put in my order online 1.5 hrs ahead of time for carry out. I arrived when they said the order would be ready and they then proceeded to tell me that many orders had come in since then and they were way behind and didn't know when mine would be ready. Couldn't even give me an estimate. Meanwhile I had already driven 20 min to town to pick up this order. I asked if they could call me since they couldn't give me an estimate of when it would be done and the man said he wouldn't remember. They offered no solution, nothing. They also told me there was no one there that could process a refund. So basically I guess I was just suppose to check in every five minutes to see if it was done?!?!? Drive 40 min round trip again?!? This place needs a new manager.
