Cashless branch. For any transactions you have to stand outside in an ATM with no privacy, and the sun blocking the screen. No ATM found inside to at least have some privacy and comfort while doing your transactions as most cashless branches. Highly dissatisfied and when I explained the issue to the agent inside was told to just go to another branch as there was nothing they could do. The usual PNC awful customer service experience.

If I go to the bank I want to go in the bank in the air conditioning to deposit a check the ATM is the only way to deposit money here and it's in the sun you can't read the screen due to the sunlight shining directly on the screen and it's 100° outside.
I would give PNC zero Stars if possible, why say that you're a bank when really it's just an ATM spot

Shout out to Taskeen for having the best customer service! She is always so welcoming and will answer all my questions. She takes the time to not only talk about my banking needs but to also ask how my day is going.

Extremely poor experience. I will say Julie is the best at this branch! Credit score dropped 40 pts when they took over Compass. I had been with compass over 20 years. Had a credit card with a 9500 limit for years. Out of no where PNC dropped my limit by 6000. I had kept my compass limit under 30% but with the credit limit drop it negatively impacted me. Also phone customer service is lacking!! Ready to leave asap!

This location is not a traditional full service bank. They are very nice but only offer limited banking services onsite. No tellers, no cash. PNC should brand these sites differently to eliminate the confusion.

I visited this branch this morning to do a little banking business and received the best and most friendly service ever at a PNC branch. Taskeen and the staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. I really appreciate their commitment to me as a customer.

Dismissive staff. First time I went here they told me to go to a different branch because they did not have the services provided here. Which is fine. But second time I went, to set up a savings account. And they told me to just do it online. When I had asked simple questions, they told me, they won’t tell me anything I can not find online. Basically telling me to just go home and look online. What is the use of an in person office that either does not provide a service or forces you to do things online.

They didn't have cashier checks and didn't bother addressing the issue. The receptionist sure did point out to go to preston road branch as it would stay open a little longer but couldn't make sure if they're going to have cashier checks either. Unhelpful
