I got my fingerprint cards done last week. I sent them off for processing and they were rejected and stated that fingerprints were not clear and that the machine was likely running out of ink. This is frustrating because it took a lot of time and money on my part to have these shipped only to be rejected. I did try calling the store but no one answered.

Appointment scheduled and TWIC is down. I drove an hour to get here and took off work early. An email letting me know it's been down since 8 am would be too much to ask for Im Guessing?

Drivers license machine has been broken for two weeks. TSAPrecheck allows for an option of
Passport book expired within 12m - see below. Mine expired 11/2/25. Had a 12:30 appt, arrived early, let two people in front of me at my designated appt time only to be told they can’t do precheck because their DL machine won’t work. Then, blamed me saying it was because of my passport. It was their machine. Some people don’t have passports. I also brought my birth certificate as well. Wasted an hour of time and was told it was my fault for their incompetence.

Use a different company to get your psa checks done.
The guy at the front desk is respectful and patient. The company its self is very bad and dodnt give any information at all to there customers. They wasted days of my time, my money, and my resources. This place needs to do better I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed at all! I chose this location for their IdentGO service. Booked an appointment in advance, showed up early as suggested checked in and have been waiting to an hour. They are taking walk-ins in front of appointments, at least 5 people have a 2pm with one guy working the station, they are taking people based on name (or who knows what) regardless that they checked in 15-20 minutes after me. Terrible operation!

Worst place ever to have fingerprints done!! All 3 gentlemen are extremely rude and hateful.. Slamming things around, being loud, not friendly at all. Place is filthy dirty. Never again will I bring business here!

Horrible attitude from employees not just to me but to any customer that asked a question. Both guys working the counter were very rude and acted like you were beneath them. I will and would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I brought a Mother’s Day package here to be mailed. It was a $150 package with additional irreplaceable gifts. It was supposedly scanned but no other tracking information after that. 4 months later still no package, no updates and had to file the $100 insurance. This does not replace the irreplaceable items in the package. The men behind the counter were nice but what happened to my package?

Walked in today and a man ( no name on his shirt or a badge). He was rude, yelled at customers, slammed the clip board down and made out of pocket statements about the TSA check in process. He appeared to be mental and very short with customers. Another heavy set gentleman with a beard was accommodating. How the employee treated customers was rude and embarrassing as the line was full. If a customer sees chairs full in the establishment and ask if there is a wait or do we sign in anywhere as there was no structure. It’s appropriate to ask and not to cut people. I asked if there was a line or a wait or where do we sign in for pre check he said I’m going in order of who came and you are number 5. I said okay do you need out appt time and the main working at 2pm on July 26 said don’t argue with me and I said excuse me ( as I didn’t understand why the statement was made). He slammed the clip board down and walked off. I said I’m sorry but…. and before I could finish he said I’m not dealing with this and helping her. So everyone in the store stopped to look at him….keep
In mind more people are coming in and asking my same questions as it no order and people are all sitting and standing. It appears lots of people are double booked. Either way, the manner in which he was acting was unprofessional and he should be fired. There was no reason and then his con worker said “ man, what the hell” and he said it’s just me and there’s his hands in the air…..he is mentally unstable to work. As we wait and waiting the man just paced and was red. He should be ashamed on him self. Yelled at customers, didn’t honor the TSA pre check time. Told customers to figure it out.

I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. Great experience.

Scheduled fingerprinting and was taken back on time and done within a few minutes. Keith was very courteous and answered questions I had about the process. Will definitely use IdentoGo again.

This place has the worst customer service. The guy at the counter had no clue how to do his job. He let walk-ins go before people with appointments and kept forgetting who arrived when. He just randomly picked people to go next. He was so incompetent and everyone in the store was very frustrated.
