went for my annual exam, and they charged me over $100 in the name of establishing care, but they didn't inform me when I scheduled the appointment. They asked me to come twice to take the same test, but they still couldn't get it properly. Additionally, I had to make another doctor visit to get the lab results.

UPDATE: Premier Behavior called to discuss the employee in question. They assured me that her unprofessional attitude regarding the incident is being addressed by management. I do not want the review to effect Dr.Zafar, who is with the Premier group, in a negative way. He’s a good doctor! Therefore, I am changing the review to 5stars.I love Dr. Zafar and Martin (MA). They are the best. But unfortunately today I experienced an incident with the front desk lady who works on the Behavioral side of Premier. While escorting my elderly dad and his caregiver to see Dr. Zafar, the front desk lady came to help a patient out to her car. Instead of asking us to move our car she proceeds to hit my car with the patients car door. When I said something to her, she was very rude and said “I EXPECTED for you to move!” I was shocked at her response and insensitive manner. I have never had a problem at Premier but I felt that if she was rude to me she is probably being rude to someone else. The doctors office is not the place for this type of behavior.

Dr Zafar’s office returned my call, right away! I was able to schedule an appointment for that same day, and everyone was very kind when I arrived. Martin took very good care of me. Everyone is friendly.

The young ladies at the front desk are soKind and very professional. And Martin he is so Awesome and kind, he is a very blessed young man. Thank y'all at Dr. Zafar's office for always being so awesome.

Hanna the medical assistant is the sweetest, most caring nurse i have ever met! And the front desk is so helpful and again so very sweet! They all genuinely care for the patient! Dr. Zafar actually listens and takes a vested interest in his patients. Love love love this office!

Ive had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Zafar and Staff. My main reason I like this office is because I can easily reach the receptionist when I call to make an appointment. A few months ago, I had an issue with my insurance and the Office Manager Erica called my carrier and was able to resolve the problem quickly...

Requesting wheelchair since last December, today is June 28th still didn't get it.Reminding them almost everymonth, they don't know how to proceed and where to send order. They can confirm DR prescribe and request is on file.Today insurance company Unitied Health make conference call, they claim the have finally submit order to a store and provide store phone number.When I can sore tell us they don't deal with insurance and doctors, and they only provided supplies to general public for payment.Last visit in April, DR ask he is writing just A1C test, but they perform a bunch of blood and urine tests, despite annual physical was done approx 6 month ago. like two physical in 1 year.DR. Zafar is nice doctor.
