This facility is always clean and well maintained. Security is strong - I have never worried about storing our belongings at Prosper Self Storage. Staff is very friendly and responsive.

Great people, very friendly! Great prices, too. We moved stuff in there when we moved to Texas seven or so years ago from Atlanta and they have worked with us when we needed to rearrange and change units, too. It's a small business, too!

The best storage experience I have ever had! I've had many storages over the years but the folks that work here are good people. They are easy to work with and are very helpful. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a storage unit.

This review is long over due. Used this facility to coordinate a move last year. Units are very clean, and highly maintained. The people working here are very kind, customer service driven, and very professional. Made storing our belongings there very, convenient, and smooth.

We had a great experience with Prosper Self Storage. They were always available for questions and helped us get setup with exactly what we needed for our short-term storage needs. They also were very fair with their rates. On the day our movers arrived to unload our units the key code was acting up and we couldn’t get in. The storage manager/owner immediately came to help us get in. You won’t be disappointed using them!

Great storage facility!! The manager Caroline is super friendly and very helpful. Facility is well maintained. Pricing is great. If you are in the Prosper/McKinney area I would highly recommend Prosper Self Storage.

The Manager Carolyn was very helpful, I had a great experience setting up my storage and was able to do everything contactless. She even delivered the items I needed to the storage unit for the day I let her know I would be picking them up and locking the unit. I did have an issue signing the contract through Uhaul, but she contacted them and they were able to correct the issue. The prices were very competitive and the location is easy to access.
