Do NOT believe the “recent” good reviews of this place!! Go back and read what this place has been doing to people! The manager is having people he knows write good reviews because too many people have written about their bad experiences!
The “manager” is not helpful at all! If you ask a question, he WILL NOT help you! You also have to make an appointment even though there is clear business hours. He will say he ran to a unit, but he lives on site and goes and hangs out in the back!
PS will also screw with your billing. They will shut off your payment and then charge you late fees! You have to go through an automated call line before ever speaking to someone!
Your rent will also increase by $20/$30 around the 6 month mark.
My brother and I both have a unit and will both be leaving at the end of August! I have written PS an email and have let them know I’m about to initiate a class action lawsuit.
Please stay away from these people! Don’t believe the “good” reviews!

Sherika and Robert helped save my day and basically my life! I started choking on a jolly rancher in the office, Robert flung a roll of tape at my neck, however the jolly rancher was still stuck. Fortunately, Sherika and her quick thinking. Jumped from the top of the and counter, landing the perfect stone cold stunner on me and then I could finally breathe again . I highly recommend.

I want to start by saying that the people that I’ve talked to there are very kind.
However, I’m rating Public Storage, not their workers. I went back and read some comments to see if there was anyone that had the same issues I did. I really regret not choosing a local - non name brand storage company. Loyalty doesn’t mean anything to public storage. I had my unit for about a year and a half and it went from $115 a month to $268 a month.
And even though I gave them an advanced notice of my move-out date AND they prorate your move-in, they did not prorate my move-out and said they had to charge me for an entire month when I moved out on the 5th. My friend and her husband have been paying for a 10x10 in Prosper for $100 for years and prices haven’t changed.
The location here is convenient, but unless you only plan on staying for a month or two, this isn’t the place to go.
