0 STARS, I’ve just called and they were so RUDE, DONT RECOMMEND, “she said I can’t understand you..” which I was clearly being loud enough for her to hear.
She didn’t want to be honest with the prices..since I’ve asked her about the bad reviews charging extra.

I had 8 shirts laundered and they charged me 44.00. Insane when it should have been no more than 20.00. She said it was because they were 2xl. INSANE!!!! I will never go back.

Don’t take your clothes there they ruined my husband’s button down shirt and wouldn’t replace it and his employee was being rude as well as the manager didn’t want to replace it. I only want a new shirt or give me money so I can get another one. I previously to taking the shirt to the dry cleaners I washed at home and I just asked my husband to take his pants and shirt for pressed and now the manger is complaining my washer machine did that to my shirt then blamed it on my laundry soap, I was like no that’s crazy then he laughed and so no I’m not replacing anything so that’s why it’s a bad review for me.. Never again I’m going to do business with this dry cleaners ever again..

I've been patronizing this location for years. However, I'm not sure if due to a change in management or employees, but the new lady at the counter does nothing more than intake. For example, I informed her that some metal button clasps on a shirt were damaged the last time they pressed it. She didn't know how to reply, and ultimately concluded she wouldn't fix it. Either way, I'd like to see the old management/employees back to retain the customer service it once had. Still, I give the location four stars solely due to the amazing HISTORY of customer service, but you really learn something about a business when something doesn't go as planned.
UPDATE: When going to pick up my dry cleaning, I met the owner who confirmed that the morning employee only does intake, so he asked me to bring the shirt pictured to him. When I did, he offered to fix it, so I've upgraded back to stars.
FYI: The owner is typically there after 3pm.

Outstanding dry clearning.Especially for jeans. They do the great job in jeans.Extra hard starch for jeans and shirts if you request.Owner is very friendly and kind. Highly recommended and will coming back:)

My long time regular place to go for my dry cleaning. The most stable and responsible dry cleaning place to go. I am very happy with their result and kindness. Their cleaning performances are simply superb. Well, that is why I use them in weekly basis. If you are not so sure about anything, ask them. Owner will be more than happy to let you know what to do with your dry cleaning issues. For your reference, I usually use them for suits and shirts for dry cleaning. No better place to go !
