The nurses did not have the proper syringes to deliver proper care. Not enough gloves of the right size, etc. shame on you for not giving them the tools they need to deliver proper patient care! They did a good job in spite of incompetent management and lack of supplies.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Waste of time. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time, the electronic login said I was scheduled. No one available to help. Allen location previously wouldn't see me since they ran out of masks a year ago. I'm avoiding Quest at all costs!

Terrible customer service. Have been going here when I need to since 2018. The staff is unprofessional, rude almost as if they hate talking to people. The wait is unreal. You may have a simple question and you have some of the girls there rolling their eyes telling you to wait your turn….umm it’s a question. Last time I checked those employees get paid because our health insurance gets billed a lot of money. (Tip for employees: don’t work there if you dislike people). Last year i realized that in second floor at medical city they have Labcorp! I started getting my labs sent there, they are quick, fast, professional! If labcorp is in your network go there! I’ve used them for a year now and never had an issue they are in suite #212.

I went to the location at 4510 Medical Centre Dr. I informed the person who attempted to draw my blood that I was afraid of needles and that if I grimaced while being poked that it was just a natural reaction as I was sensitive to dentist needles as well. This stemmed from a bad experienced in the past at a childhood doctor. I made a frown as Carrie Daniels took blood from my right arm. She suddenly stopped in the middle of the EXTRACTION OF BLOOD and said I cant do this while you frown! She then attempted to move to my left arm. I replied ma'am I told you before you started this has no reflection on you that i just hate being poked and that I frown. She yelled for another tech to take me. The other tech was a african american woman who did a fine job collecting my samples even as I explained my phobia to her. She stated" I don't look at faces only my incision point". However, if you feel and discomfort let me know. I found BIGFOOT before I found service from Carrie Daniels. She was horrible and very unprofessional. I advise anybody to avoid her at all cost! A -10 stars would still be too high. John K

Had an appt. Arrived on time. Checked in. Lady who had way later appointment said to employee “do I really have to wait like everybody else if I’m dropping off a stool sample.” Employee called my name but told me to sit back down and called her instead even though I had an earlier appt. Took her longer to process that lady than it would have to draw my labs. Now I’ve been sitting here for 30 mins and they’re calling everybody else back who arrived after me because they removed my name from the queue.

I had no appointment but arrived early and signed up for walk in. In less than two minutes I was called and the professional was very friendly and polite.

We have been to this office twice in the last two days. Both times, they could not find our doctor's orders. Unfortunately, we had to wait until we were called back in order to find this out, since there is no one to speak to at a window. After the first failed attempt, my doctor gave me her confirmation code, the date it was submitted, and saw that the status was "received." However, Quest still could not find the order on day 2 (no option for a physical order, since our doctor was telehealth and not in the office this week). After my second attempt with no luck, my doctor called Quest through the provider line, who verified they saw not one but TWO orders - one from original submission and one that my provider put through after I had problems. He was "baffled" as to why the McKinney office wouldn't be able to pull it up. There are zero options to speak with someone through the telephone number. The website also mentions a chat feature, which can't be found anywhere. We will try a different Quest location tomorrow.

If I will drive 50 miles to get service, I would do. But NOT this place.Horrible customer service. The nurse did not know the system and they want to charge over $200. I never paid for blood work. The manager was fine but not cooperating to correct some of the form.No place to set or to stand.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been to this lab twice in one week. Both times I scheduled an appointment online. I arrived before my appointment time and checked in. Both times I sat waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was called. Why did I make an appointment if it wasn't going to be honored? Go anywhere else but this place. I will.

My GI doctor ordered a stool sample analysis and gave me a list of Quest offices to drop it off. The closest was in McKinney so I called them to be sure they could take the sample when I brought it in. There is absolutely no option to speak to a person when you call, so I decided to just run it up there (25-minute drive) and "drop it off". When I arrived, I was told by someone holding the door open for the next patient that I needed to check in on the kiosk because, again, there is no window to just speak to an actual person and just drop off the sample. It was 10:30 am. So I checked in on the kiosk (not at all user friendly) and, when finally through with the process, had an appointment at 11:30--an hour wait to drop off a stool sample! I left and went back home, sample in hand. BTW, if you still want to go to Quest in McKinney, expect to park a long way from the building entrance.

Location inside Medical City McKinney. Made an appointment for my daughter to get a urine test in order to get refills for one of her medications. Our appointment was at 4:10’pm arrived by 3:50 pm and checked in. Waited for almost 40 minutes. Later, somebody came out the door saying “we are not seeing any other patients for today because they are working on our network”. There were 4 patients with appointments that had been waiting for a while including a lady that needed to just leave a sample from her diabetic mother who was waiting in the car for her. Some people had to take off from work and really needed to get this done today for multiple reasons. We requested to speak to the practice manager but nobody came. Few minutes later a lady with glasses and blonde hair, we assumed the practice manager comes out and yells: “WE ARE DONE FOR TODAY” no apologies or explanations and slams the door. All the people that were still waiting in the waiting room could not believe the way this individual treated us after canceling our appointments for no valid reason or explanation. QUEST SHAME ON YOU FOR HIRING INDIVIDUALS WITH NO EMPATHY, ETHICS OR CLASS. Medical City McKinney shame on you for allowing such a low quality service at your hospital where you patients get no respect. Quest we tried calling your complaints line and of course got nobody to answer. I hope people get tired of the way your employees treat patients and shut your business down. Nobody should be treated the way we got treated today! 0 starts from me if I could.

Would give it a "0" if I could. Terrible service made us wait for 40 minutes to tell us all the appointments had to be cancelled no apologies or explanations. There were people needing this done today for prescription refills and even a lady that needed to drop off a sample from her elderly mother and waited for an hour with no assistance. We requested to speak to a Practice Manager nobody came. Knocked on the door, minutes later a light headed girl wearing glasses came out and yelled to the remaining patients "WE ARE DONE FOR TODAY" and slammed the door. We were all puzzled and could not believe the way were were treated. Tried calling the customer service Quest line with no success of course. Quest shame on you for hiring unprofessional, unethical, non-empathetic individuals at your locations this is not the way you conduct business and I hope your doors shut down soon when people get fed up with this terrible treatment you give.

They NO stars from me with your bad practices and unprofessional in all aspects. This clinic is a joke. My insurance covers my labs 100%. However, I was told I had an $100 + dollar estimated copay, and I would have to put my payment information on file with them. When I told her it was covered 100%. The 1st attendant went and got another attendant, who thought she was going to repeat the exact same information (help me understand in her words) and I would just except it. When I requested verification, they stated, we don't do insurance. I told her their sign in lobby stated otherwise. She told me I needed to contact insurance for them, when I said sure, it was...you'll have to do that in the lobby. After getting insurance on the phone, the She lies and and tells a third attendant that she never told me to call insurance. She just does what quest tells her to do. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.For people who don't know its their way of collecting money you may not owe, just to meet quotas. They bank on most people not know how the insurance game works.I will be avoiding Quest facilities as much as feasibly possible.
