I had to go into this bank to deposit coins with my toddler and the service was great! Very quick and only a 5% fee for coin deposit unlike other places who charge 12%. They also had goodie bags and cupcakes which calmed my child down! I haven't gone into a bank in years and I was satisfied with the speed/process/service of the whole thing.

Have been a member with RBFCU for a while now and have had absolutely no problems at all, whether it's online or in-person. Everytime I do need help everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable.

Credit unions are supposed to be better for the customer than a big bank, but yall take advantage of folks. My mother tried to close her credit card account with yall multiple times so she could attempt to pay it off and not keep accruing interest on an account she wasn't using. Your business opted to continue charging her and refused to close this account until it defaulted. Shame on the people who work here and put capital above humans. Money isn't good once you're in the ground and I hope you know where your spirit goes after you spend life putting profit first.

I visited this branch today and had a great experience with the branch staff. They were patient and kind. I think I’m a credit union fan! Keep up the good work!

I was a member of this credit union for nearly 7 years. I recently decided to take my money elsewhere. I realized they don't value or appreciate their customers at all. Their online system made a mistake that caused a fee. After calling 3 times and being on hold for nearly an hour, I was told they won't fix it. I pointed out my history with them and she indicated it didn't matter. She indicated the small fee was worth losing a customer over. Stay away from this place. There are a plethora of better options in the area.

I’ll start off saying if your looking for speedy transfers and knowledgeable service this won’t be the bank for you. I had a amount over 700 transferred from my account and landed in a invalid account in a different bank. Still waiting to get that back ! I was told by a member inside the institution it may be lost they don’t know ! Not what you want to hear as a customer.

First Of All The Local Branch In McKinney,Texas Phone Number Has A 210 Area Code(San Antonio, Texas) Customer Service In which After Being On Hold And Continue Working Was Very Difficult. For 8 Fun Filled Hours. Some Time After 4:00pm I Finally Got The Answers I Had Answered. Hung up On Twice After You Answer The Questions They Ask. Is This Standard Operating Procedures?It’s Now Thursday The Wire Transfer Was Made On MONDAY & I Just Received A Phone Call That The Money Still Hasn’t Been Sent.And I’m On HOLD Again For Up Too 30 Minutes.
