Could not find anything they had no swimsuit selection bras are all mixed up found one bra I really liked then line was almost to the back of the store one register open and one girl standing there messing with hangers make it make sense!!!!

I came in here with my sister just shopping it was very busy but when we got to the register the girl completely ignored us and walked away I thought it was weird but didn’t think anything of it during check out she didn’t even speak but to tell me i can grab my own receipt out the receipt printer i was shocked cause i never received such service from this location before my sister had to go back in because she left the theft tag on her bag because we both checked out with her and when we ask for a manger and explained what happened all she did is remove the theft tag and walk away my jaw dropped.

Wednesday 2/14/2024 @ 11:30 am we were out in front of the entire strip doing God's work, praying for people who needed prayer. We were not asking for a single thing or bothering anyone, simply letting people read our sign & come to us if needed prayer. The manager ig came and asked us rudley to go away. I thought after I told her what we were doing, she'd then be ok although she got even more rude. She represents Ross & has given Ross a bad impression. I think that simply praying for people who need prayer shouldnt be rudley shoo'ed away, treated as such a horrible thing like she did. Some customers who walked out of Ross were apologizeing and saying how awful she presented herself. I will be posting this over all social media because it's shameful how she presented Ross, it's belief system, culture, etc...

What’s saving this store is their goods and prices. Not their services. The store itself is messy. A step up from a thrift store.Customers reviewing with the complaints about poor customer service, it’s true. But to say racism, give me a break. They’re rude to every race equally.I’m at the checkout and had to reach over to get my receipt out of the machine. The fat angry cashier already called ‘next’ when she wasn’t done with me. Never made eye contact. Never greeted me. I wasn’t treated as a customer but as an inconvenience. I will not shop here again.
