The store was a mess with items strewn about and disorganized shelves, making it difficult to find what I needed. On a positive note, the staff members were friendly and provided good customer service. Best to visit the one in frisco. It's alot nicer

Absolutely awesome store Cody is a amazing manager and so friendly and helpful Ross 121 is my go to for so many treasures the only thing after you buy your items yet you are never given enough time to put your wallet away slow down the rush ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

This store used to be nicer than any other stores. Their collection and organization was better before. Recently I found the employees are not friendly and nice like before. They always seem to be short handed as well.

this ross is absolutely disgusting i just came a couple hours ago and i got absolutely ambushed and bitten up by mosquitoes. Workers mean mugging me and bugs flying from aisle to aisle hopping onto the clothes. Mothers i know times get hard and needa get ur daughter a dress or a simple blanket but please dont waste ur time or money coming to this so called store.
