I brought my son in to have his foot evaluated and to make sure he had the right inserts for his soccer shoes. The evaluation was quick, easy, and really informative. I honestly expected they might try to sell me new inserts, but they confirmed the ones we already had were perfect! They explained more about my son’s foot type and sent us on our way. Great, honest service.. I really appreciate that!

I bought a pair of hoka’s 2 years ago and only wear them to work. I sit the majority of the day so they get very little wear. They look brand new. The stitching is coming apart from the soles and I went to the store to see what they would do for me. Absolutely nothing ! Was told it was time to buy new shoes. I told the head person they get very little wear. She said it was due to the elements. What elements , I sit at a desk all day I paid well over 100 for these shoes and I will be spending my money else where and suggest you do the same.

We just moved to McKinney and it doesn’t matter where we live we always find a Fleet Feet to buy our running shoes and supplies. McKinney’s Fleet Feet like the others has not disappointed. Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff!

if you choose to visit, I highly recommend that you drive to the Mckinney store off Eldorado and 75. you will meet a young girl there with clear, round glasses and she is absolutely amazing. I don't write reviews so if you are reading this, it is true. I do not recall her name but you can't miss her. She will greet you when you walk in and immediately help you with your needs. She is very patient and answers all of your questions and rapidly finds you a shoe that exactly meets your needs. she will also provide you will multiple options of brands that make your decision even easier. Highly recommend.

This review is their returns. This is the 4 th day and I have not received my refund. I have notices that they are processing my refund before I left the store after taking back my shoes. They took my money within a few seconds but I still have notices that received my refund money. Btw the people were great but my right shoe was not comfortable. Left shoe great. Please take into account if you need to return your shoes. They are not good at actually getting your money back to you.

I came in towards closing time and got great service, the person that helped me was Izzy and she seemed very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped me out even when it seemed to be getting busy helping multiple customers out at the same time.
I've been coming here for the past 4 years and it's been a great experience throughout.
